We've used AgilePoint to build forms and workflows across many departments in my organization. The tool is perfectly capable of making simple conversions from paper to digital but, with a little outside the box thinking, also flexible enough to handle more complex workflows as well.

The tool is meant to handle workflows that are completed within a relatively quick amount of time. If you have a workflow item that must sit idle for a period of time, things can get complicated. We've often had to break these workflows up into two separate forms: the first creates the task and closes it (where it can idle), the second will retrieve and 'pick-up' the idle task to complete the next part of the workflow when appropriate.

We've converted many paper-based forms to digital ones with approval workflows. We've also used new forms and workflows to engage users in ways previously not possible, such as through their mobile devices.

The integrations with other systems and being able to have one database update another

Really not much, I would like the user community to be a little bit larger or have more trainings that are more in depth than a introduction.

Systems and people communication. Data tracking has been a big benefit.

AgilePoint NX enabled me to automate business processes at a much lower cost than tools like Appian or Pega. AgilePoint's pre-built connectors to SharePoint, SalesForce, and other mission critical applications allowed us to quickly integrate and significantly reduce cycle times. AgilePoint's low code platform enabled business analysts to define and build the business process in a more efficient, iterative approach that enabled user feedback within days.

I don't think there was anything that I disliked and they were always receptive to product enhancement requests.

Automating business processes in: Human Resources for hiring process. Finance for accounts payables. Operations for new account onboarding, Legal for outside counsel cost analysis and reporting Marketing for Collateral Review.

Allow workflow to be defined by business users themselves, it enables IT to focus more on technical aspect.

Lacking of connector to SAP ECC6 and Salesforce.

To automate business process and operations that involves multiple parties and normally cross companies in different regions.

It is very easy to use with its intuitive interface and drag and drop functionality

We have used Agilepoint to build an application which can automatically generate different versions of legal documents by inputting the different requirements and parameters

Life-cycle of the software is not very much clear.

What excites me most about this product is the fact that there are ready and flexible controllers that allow you to execute business processes in a good and fast manner. In addition the responsiveness of the system is very high and this is its most prominent advantage

The ability to make a DEBUG to the system is almost impossible and makes it not always possible to detect faults.

In our organization many processes were realized by using paper sheets and the system made this use unnecessary. In addition, processes flow faster.

AgilePoint allows developer can easily build workflow application for a simple flow we spent 1-2 hr to build also support mobile device. It is provided integration that will be used for data or parameter.

User interface is not look nice we need to spent effort modify style sheet.

Easy for building up the basic workflow products. It will empower the Business Users as most the tools like Process Builder, Form Builder are all intuitive. I like mostly becuase it integrates with any 3rd party systems. They support all kinds of infrastructures such as Public Cloud, Private Cloud, On Premise Single Tenant, and On Premise Multi-Tenant. It has a rich integrations with SharePoint, SalesForce, Active Directory, Net Suite, SQL, and lot of other systems. I like Form Builder the most as you can inject custom Javascript to customize the forms and controls the way you like. Lookups make your life easier to intergrate with other systems. The File Upload control is truly very powerful as you can just click and configure to configure any repository like Box, Google Drive, Physical Drive, SharePoint, SalesForce, One Drive, Dropbox etc., The platform is always flexible as you can write WCF, REST and Web Services to integrate with other systems.

There are not many but few. The product is still maturing and there are bugs here and there but the abundant features outweigh the Wady. Sometimes, you may face times when you are overdoing the forms and then you realize your design is wrong. So, build the forms carefully because redoing the forms will take more time.

I work as a computer analyst. So I work with customers taking their process requriements and converting it to the software solution using AgilePoint BPM. You can save whole lot of time using AgilePoint in contrast to coding with ASP.Net or with other web coding technologies.

Commercial connection & Workflow management tools. Flexible, easy and straight forward.

Some of the default GUI is not customizable

To enable Document Management System and to centralize our workflow with Agilepoint.

Very easy to learn. It is really simple and low code.

Language support. We had to wait for turkish package for quite long time. Design variety is limited.

We used it for approval processes. HR processes like leave request are successfully developed. But agilepoint did not meet our expectations on complex processes like invoice approvals.
