Asana, jedno z pionierskich narzędzi do zarządzania projektami w chmurze, oferuje swoim użytkownikom cztery widoki — widok listy, oś czasu, kalendarz i tablice — z których wszystkie pomagają zespołom uzyskać zarówno makro, jak i mikro widok wszystkich ruchomych części projektów i zadania. Zapewnia kompleksową mapę drogową trwających projektów od początku do końca, jasno określając zależności, kamienie milowe projektu oraz procesy opinii i zatwierdzania. Dla kierowników projektów zaawansowane możliwości raportowania, które pokazują wskaźniki ukończenia, indywidualne obciążenia pracą i potencjalne opóźnienia, by wymienić tylko kilka, stwarzają możliwości optymalizacji projektu w czasie rzeczywistym, współpracy, lepszego prognozowania i lepszego planowania przyszłych podobnych projektów.

Asana helps me so much in managing my projects, tracking and doing tasks. It saves so much time and more productively for me and my team.
For starting a business it is not advisable since it is only giving a free trial for 30 days and after that, you need to pay for the subscription.
It identifies if a team member is overloaded. It helps you balance to assign in a team member
I love being able to customize the look and layout of my project management tasks. There are plenty of options to suit the needs of each project & each participant's personal mental-processing style.
I can't think of anything at all that I dislike!
Asana has made it a lot easier to keep track of multiple clients, each with concurrent projects, helping to keep everything straight about who needs what and by when.
The user interface is super easy to navigate. It's easy for new team members to get up and running with very little training, making onboarding a sinch, especially compared to other project management tools I've used in the past.
Needs more integrations and personalization options. There are only a few themes to choose from and I don't believe there is an integration with Github. Also, tags can get a bit out of hand if not managed properly.
Used for managing web development projects. I really enjoyed how easy it is to set up new projects and create new labels, so we can easily see how we are utilizing our time.
First of all, the graphic user interface is straightforward, fantastic, and easy to understand. It follows the "5 second rules" for me, as it took me just 5 seconds to understand what this app for
Well, the integration with my note-taking application is missing. I love my Evernote app, which should be integrated with this application.
No doubt getting the team onboard is USP for the slack and it proves out to be true. For me , as dealing with multiple organization I can keep track of whats going on and where the problem start. I don't have to ask someone
Asana makes it easy to collaborate and be updated with the tasks of our agency. I love the idea of having everything organized in one place and within easy access.
The only downside I see is the limitation regarding the use of gifs as a comment, for example. Or at least expanding the list of the celebration animations, which we use a lot.
We keep all the tasks of both clients and the company in Asana. It helps us focus on the business and the next project to be delivered. As we can also break each project down into small pieces, Asana also helps us to be more productive.
well designed task and project management
no daily project summary to project owner
Tasks management, Bug Tracking, and project handling in technical, support, finance department.
Asana allows you to visualise at a glance the project as a whole as well as create and delegate objectives between fellow teams and colleagues. You can set dates to complete by, prioritise and create sub tasks within them. I found the learning curve to very extremely easy, and it meant I could focus on inputting tasks with ease and get on with them, without having to figure out how to do so to begin with.
Initially I found the mobile app a bit restricting in terms of having certain information available at a glance (e.g. columns on a list view for priority, deadlines etc.) but other than that it offers a great deal.
The greatest problem that was solved was saving time in communication by listing new objectives or issues and when to resolve them by. This saved possible meeting time which could then be used to focus on dealing with the goals and provide updates to any updates and issues. Attaching files to certain tasks to provide evidence that could be followed up with comments etc. is also extremely useful.
CSV task importer, custom reports, teams
Reporting is not very useful for my needs
Managing cross-team collaboration on project implementations
I love the way how the rules work within the projects, they are easy to use and easy to configure (no code).
What I dislike about Asana is the fact that there is no date custom field yet.
I'm solving problems with task assignments, I'm contacting and keeping work with my clients. I'm 2x productive as before.
Asana's easy-to-use interface makes managing and prioritizing tasks a breeze. I also really love the mobile app and daily email digest keeping me locked in to project progress without having to dig.
While I love Asana for so many reasons. One feature I would like to see is the ability to be able to embed projects into a website. There are many applications where embedding a project/form into a website would be help for my team.
Asana allows me to manage 3 businesses with ease. By utilizing Asana I have been able to spend less time worrying about making sure tasks don't get dropped and more time on money making activities.
I like how Asana is always evolving and improving! The system is intuitive and can be as robust as you want it or as simple as you want it.
Nothing at this time to be honest... maybe integrate with google forms....
We keep all our HR/People operations organized because of Asana. This is a great tool for reoccurring events on a periodic basis.
I like that although it helps improve oversight of the workflow for the team there is an element of fun in using it with the animations and colour. Makes something that can be very dry a bit more exciting to work with.
That my team doesn't have a higher subscription level so that I can get involved with more of the features available when you are on a higher tier. Some things pop up that you think could work better for the user but often Asana is making updates, it seems like a lot of things get resolved before it is an issue!
We are solving the problem of having transparency across the team of what is being worked on and being able to see where people overlap so that we aren't doubling up on people doing work unnecessarily.
Asana is truly the only way I can stay organized. I often check my Asana inbox before checking my actual email inbox. I love the automation we are able to create for repeat projects by building custom rules - It is such a time saver.
A task can sometimes get lost in the mix if there is not a due date added when first making the task.
I do not have any major issues with Asana. I feel like it is has created an efficient workflow for our team and has helped developed standard processes across the entire corporation. Our team also uses Asana as a reference database, and this has helped create efficiency when onboarding remotely.
I love the fact that I can switch between different types of views - list, board, calendar. Frequency of tasks can also be customized.
I dislike that the cost of the premium version is so high. Tasks cannot be assigned to more than one person. Widget is difficult to use.
Asana helps me keep track of all the misc tasks I have to do. It helps me plan large production runs/projects and schedule weekly, monthly, and annual tasks.
A mobile app, desktop and online version allows me to be functional on the move I enjoy using the slack and gmail extensions to keep track during my day. I've found this is the best tool for me, all the colors and functionalities allow me to schedule things outside of my work calendar while staying abreast of all the things important this minute, this day, this year.
I'd love to see more integration with the calendar, I believe currently we have to export from Asana, and would love to incorporate a better way to integrate my work and Asana calendars. Would love a more intuitive way to build calendaring for recurring events and more collaborations that can help us with proper usage of the experience
Solving the problem of letting my manager know what I'm working on. My project may be some big reports for managers etc, however it could also just be my day to day tasks that don't need true discussion or review. It's important the manager know that not only am i making progress on specific projects needed outside the team, but also that the regular duties that need to happen are being done, delegated, or need some type of followup. This syncs up our work.
I like how there are different ways you can view your tasks, such as list, or calendar view.
When giving feedback, I don't like that it creates a new subtask for each comment. It gets a little clunky.
Asana is a great way to leave a paper trail for all collaborative work. It keeps everyone on track and is very helpful, especially for those who work remote.
Asana gives us a centralized, collaborative workspace to task and track the important work that our programs require. It integrates nicely with our existing tech stack tools.
Even though we qualify for a non-profit discount for the licenses, the cost is still the main pain point of utilizing the tool. Other than that, we really enjoy the features and impact on workflow that it provides.
The days of managing projects and communications in spreadsheets and chats are long gone once we implemented Asana for our organization. We improved communication, efficiency, and productivity thanks to our adoption of Asana.
Asana is an intuitive tool that doesn't require any extensive training to be used. Making projects, tasks and subtasks and assigning these to project member is the simplest thing to do. This way you can create easy project or task lists with all the status updates you need. And it's highly customizable for ones needs so Asana doesn't dictate what you need, but you can create what is needed for your own situation. When standard procedures are annoying for you, you can just automate parts of the process in Asana also which spares you time. The continuous updates that are being released make the tool better every month.
I would like a full integration with Outlook tasks and agenda. It's now only possible to create tasks from Outlook e-mails.
Getting an overview of all your work tasks and projects Not losing track of tasks progress statuses Being able to share the task lists projects with third parties easily Less e-mail traffic because you focus on communicating through Asana
This is one of the best Project/task management software. It is very user friendly and anyone can use to it in few days. You can easily create projects , add task in it, and assign to any team member who is going to taking care of the project or tast. In any task you can add the tags as well which will help to go through all task with same tag divided to any team member. For example you have 20 projects , in 20 projects there is task of web development which you have created and assigned to 7-8 members by adding "web development" tag. You can access/filter all the task with a tag of web development in a single click. Which is awesome
In subtask there is no option to short by date. Sometimes i have to add more than 200 subtask to main task. Whenever i want to go to last sub task i have to scroll it to last every time. There should be options like short by date (Task created), keep new added tast at top/first.
Easy manage projects where you have more one team working on a same projects. For example any digital makting project there will be more than 3 to 4 team will be working on it like SMM team, PPC team, SEO team, dev team, CSM etc. Asana is very helpful in managing tasks.
I like the drag and drop functionality and customizable board view.
I'd like the in-progress, waiting, not started color-coding to be more visible on the board.
Organizing client tasks is very simple in Asana. Makes it so I know what my priorities are for each week.
