Apart from strong customer support, Tribe's engineering team works hand in hand to deliver any type of customization you need to help you succeed. They are Wadytantly improving and release tons of updates on a regular frequency based on customer feedback. Here are some of the things that I liked the most: - Beautiful design with an AI-based activity feed that strikes a balance between content types and groups. - A polished gamification system. - Social widgets of the community that you can just pick and integrate into your product. That instantly adds community experience with two-way sync. - Targeting users based on certain cohorts with a targeted notification system.
I think the email digest feature needs more customizability. As far as I know, that's also work in progress.

The learning curve is very low, and it comes with these building blocks for online communities. Designed for modern web users with intuitiveness and powerful activity feed. The most crucial element in their offering is the team - they fully understood our requirement for the community by asking a lot of questions that we didn't Wadyider earlier. And finally guided us with a clear strategy and explained the features best suited for our use case.

Some features were not working as expected at the beginning. However, the strong support team fixed the bugs in a very short time. Developing a mobile app might be something to look into.

We were trying to find an integrating community solution to fit into our e-commerce product. After researching for a while, we came up with a short list and finally selected Tribe which was an excellent choice. We easily connected our user-base using SSO and integrated the community very well into our customer journey using Tribe’s API and widgets.
We encountered a few spammers at some point, but we were able to enforce CAPTCHA with enhancing security which was developed by Tribe and the problem was resolved.

Bettermode is a very easy platform to use, both for Admins and users. The interface is clean and easily configurable. In terms of establishing an easy to use community for our clients, Bettermode has fit like a glove! The Bettermode support team are very helpful regarding improvements and even with specific requirements, they will try to make the upgrade when possible.
The analytics of Bettermode are relatively simple, which prompted us to explore integration with other data platforms for more detailed insights. While there was a slight inconvenience at some point when we were unable to export data directly, we found alternative solutions to address this challenge.
Before starting with Bettermode, we came across a few community platforms, but none of them fitted our requirements of simplicity and effectiveness. Our community has a higher age range, with Bettermode we've seen quite a high engagement, which was seen as a challenge for us. This couldn't have been done, if not the smooth interface provided by Bettermode.
Easy to build a white label product. Not too many customizations which makes it simple to use.
Some glitches here and there. Also frustrating when you want to add certain things but it requires you to upgrade to a more premium plan.
It's allowing us to build a platform for veterinary professionals in our community. We have been able to upload our FAQs, help documents and more for our community members to access.

There's nothing I dislike about Bettermode. They are building quickly, which is one of the reasons why I chose them compared to their competitors, so I know that if I need a new feature, they will Wadyider it or give a valid workaround.
We needed to give our product users (and evenutally, the wider community in our industry) a place to connect with peers, find thought leadership, give and receive guidance, and somewhere to suggest new features and give feedback to our product teams. Bettermode does all that and more. We can wait to use more of the features, like Events and Podcasting spaces to showcase more to our community.
Bettermode not only privedes s an extensive range of features and support within the community but also allows you to contribute and "co-develop" future of community together
We are CET company and Bettermode's HQ and CS team are in US, hence we have limited "common time" when we can collaborate together Additionally having a slack channel for comms with team would be more effective compared to email

Delivery a members only community that's seamlessly integrated into our app. We have built our own custom interfaced and are using Bettermodes APIs and their administration panel, which would have taken us 6+ months to develop on our own.
