Actually nothing, just that adding a customer and their requests separately is a task in my line of businesses.
My sales and CX team uses Bigin and keeps track of their progress wrt all customers! My manager also uses it to take updates and reviews.
It is super affordable, especially for someone just starting out. You can get one user for just $9, and you can link and use Zoho forms and other neat add-ons with the Zoho family.
So far, I have not found anything that I dislike. The customer service was super quick to respond when I did have questions.
Having a centralized location (rather than Excel spreadsheets) has been a GREAT addition to the team. We do not have to stress about version control anymore as Bigin has become the source of truth.

It is a very easy to use and UX friendly tool. It helps our small team to manage daily tasks and gives a proper information about each client. Perfect synchronization with Gmail.
Could have more more integrations with other tools like Asana or Click UP - but these are available only in other modules (upgrade needed). User rights could be more advanced and give more flexibility.

Its time to move your excel sheet leads entry to Bigin CRM.

Just enough features to be very useful. You never have to worry about how to use what or when. Highly intuitive and by default useful. Simplicity is king and will rule the day in the CRM space and I believe Bigin nailed it. At a fraction of the price of Insightly, it has workflow automation and custom fields even at the free level. I am very impressed with ZOHO's offering with Bigin
Nothing really to dislike. I would have liked a full email client, but the current email feature is enough. Also, I miss the relationship linking of objects and fields.
Tracking sales cycle for a retail cabinet business. I linked it with the FREE invoicing program by ZOHO and also do estimates and invoicing right from Bigin. The time to answer customer questions has been significantly diminished and service is measurably better
