Integration with outlook makes it very easy to use.

Sometimes I have experienced audio issues but that may be related to connectivity.

It’s seamlessly allowed us to work remotely.

I have never had a problem with BlueJeans. It also is the only system that works well in South America.

The benefits is that it's very easy to schedule and set up a meetings. It cuts travel costs and it is an excellent meeting scheduler.

I like the live polling and engagement features. I also liked lecture capture and Q/A features.

This is a great product. i did not dislike anything. I would recommend this product to everyone.

Event issues and AV Requests.

The video and audio fidelity is unmatched by any other service. It is much better than competing solutions and does a great job of meeting our needs. We can easily have 500+ users connect to a meeting without having to worry about anything dropping out. Event link is easy to share and web app is just as reliable and desktop app.

I wish the mobile application was a little more intuitive. Wish that the online app allowed you to rearrange your live event dashboard so you can more easily hide things you don't want or need.

Allowing 100+ users to easily connect to an event with little latency and no down-time.

The moderator interface is supreme. Complete control over all in the meeting, chat for troubleshooting, recording options and the download options of recordings. I use the recordings to edit the meeting and post in our employee enterprise site.

Choppy video play over livestream. I usually have to send videos to users ahead of the meeting.

We use events several times a year to connect for all hands meetings corporate wide. We are diverse global company, using Events to bring us together on a monthly basis. The process is seamless and Wadyistent.

The initial setup was not straight forward. But once you set it up the first time you will be all set.

Sharing video is pokey when not uploaded prior to a meeting.

BlueJeans Events is intuitive and easy to use. The design is simple and aesthetically pleasing. I really like how it talks with other programs and is compatible with many of the other applications we use.

Some users occasionally have compatibility issues when trying to access the event on mobile but that is fairly minimal

Being able to have an easily accessible and easy to use medium for communicating with large groups of people. BlueJeans Events has opened up communication lanes that otherwise might not have been opened.

The software and web platforms are very stable. There is no head-scratching and troubleshooting involved when trying to join a meeting. It is very quick and responsive. There is no lag time in joining a meeting. The sound and video quality is superb.

The command center software could be more streamlined as the UI is a bit busy. I often find myself fumbling with the menu options and drop-downs.

BlueJeans is being used across our entire organization. It allows our employees to collaborate without being physically present. We use it primarily for meetings, but also have used it's large presentation-type broadcasts. It is an essential tool for our company because we have several offices across the world. We also have several home-based employees, which makes BlueJeans very useful.

Easy to connect to. For events you are automatically muted and video off so it is easy to attend. Connection is usually fast and high quality.

There isn’t much to complain about. The latest update changes how you interact which takes some getting used to but overall, no Wady.

BlueJeans is one of my favorite pieces of software due to its simplicity. It's simple to organize a meeting and invite attendees. My favorite feature of this software is its accessibility. Additionally, there are undoubtedly valuable features in 'meetings' that I value, such as the ability to mute attendees or turn off notifications. I find it intriguing that you may disable incoming video to optimize network efficiency further.

While sharing content is simple, sharing films and audio is practically impossible. Rather than giving a link or a file, it would be good to play a movie or piece of music via screen share.

With BlueJeans, you can continue your meeting even if your internet connection is poor. They prioritize the voice, but not to the point that the video suffers. Unlike many other video chat services, the audio and video never paused during my conversations, and the audio quality is superb. It is cross-platform, with a web app and support for Windows, Mac, and Linux PCs, as well as mobile devices running Android and iOS.

When it comes to using BlueJeans, it's a breeze on any device. I've organized and participated in meetings using laptops, televisions, and smartphones in a remote setting. The platform supports a range of apps, including a whiteboard and breakout sessions. Both the image and the sound are clear.

There are still a few glitches when playing audio or video files. I've never been successful in incorporating an audio or video clip into presentations, case studies, or the like.

All our workers have embraced BlueJeans. Everyone uses it for personal and team meetings, and we use the "Events" feature for our webinar training. Our prior service provider had several issues, but this one resolves them. Many of our concerns are resolved by simple-to-use features such as Event/Meetings/Large Meetings!

Not sure where to start from because everything i came across on this platform is simply excellent, the easy to use interface, ease of initiating meetings , and the tech support with which it comes are outstanding.

After analyzing this platform, I came across just one flaw, which is that sometimes the audio and video are not in proper sync, so that creates a problem. I am hoping that this issue will get resolved soon.

Right now we are using this platoform for all out meet meetings as well as our webinars and sessions , getting everyone in the meeting on-time is sorted now. We are observing increased performance efficiency now.
