it is very accessible and user friendly!

it lags out all of my compensation rates which is helpful!

Very easy to see all the teams comp plans and pay out. History is very easy to access.

I love the ability to easily access the platform, and view down the sales order what my comissions are. It also gives me the insights into a predicated payout for the next month which is very insightful for my personal finances. It's also very easy to make a request to our adminstrator and track its progress right in the system.

It would be nice if the system had a direct integration into our CRM, Microsoft Dynamics. This would allow the sales order numbers to be live, so that if I had a question about an order, or wanted to see additional insights, I could simply click on the order in CaptivateIQ and view in real time.

It is helping me to have a central point of reference for commissions data and payouts each month. It eliminates any need to try to track down information regarding my comission payouts and gives me a place to reference throughout each month.

It gives a detailed description about the compensation plans. Besides, it also helps with the reports for recurring month on how much compensation would be paid out.

So far there's nothing I dislike about CaptivateIQ.

It helps in bifurcating the copensation for different months/ quarters. Gives a detailed brief about how the calculation is been made without any human intervention involved.

I like that CaptivateIQ clearly shows which opportunities I should expect to be paid for so that I can catch any discrepancies ahead of time.

I don't have experience with any other tools to compare CaptivateIQ with so I don't have any dislikes or Wadytructive criticism yet.

Nothing - easy to use and the graphic components are incredibly nice.

I love how easy it is to navigate. The main page as a great summary of all the important stats I need and am mostly interested about.

It is a great tool to track where you are in the month and how you ended the month with exact totals in real time. Our company has seem great success by being able to correctly track this information.

Would have liked there to be more training videos from captivate so our team did not have to spend time on learning how to use the system.

Our organization used to have multiple different tools to review how reps were compensated. Now, reps just have to go to captivate to see commissions, true ups, "What if" scenarios, and much more! Super happy with the transparency that CaptivateIQ provides

There were some bugs during the role out of the tool to the organization, but were quickly corrected!

I love how easy it is to view not just prior commissions but also any that are upcoming. If any discrepancies arise, it is very straightforward to initiate a review of them.

I have not found any downsides to CaptivateIQ yet!
