Its versatility and adaptability. Mostly what is most attractive is that Close maintains the history of touches, from the first outreach to the close (no pun intended). Close CRM records your voicemessages, incoming calls, texts and emails to the contact. It is the most comprehensive CRM I have seen to date. I cannot wait to grow into using more of its power. It even sourced local phone numbers for me to call through without me having to "shop" vendors and pricing for numbers. When I have needed to, there are ways to search answers to questions. Close support also responds rather fast compared to other platforms which can take 3 days to answer a question. As far as usage, I find it is not an "intuitive platform" per se, but when you research, anything can be done with Close. I will be using this platform minumum 5 days/week. I am using it a bit less now, but love working in Close. To upload contacts is not difficult. If you have the full program, you can customizable your categories.
I liken Close to our brains. Perhaps we only master 6% of its capacity, lol. There appears to be a lot more capability available in Close to benefit our work and our businesses! lol.
Keeping track of who I contacted, when and how I contact the Zaletypect is of most importance. However when I have a "yes", to be able to transition that cold call to a deal is imperative. Close covers it all.

Close solved the problem with call recordings, now I can keep track of everything. I also have it connected with ChatGPT and it makes everything soo usable.
the Smart views and customization allows you to dial only the most likley leads that will answer/buy. This saves you a ton of time and man power. Also the tracking on close.io is second to none and makes running a team a breeze.

Theyre customer support is readily available and fast to respond, we love that! Easy to use the system from anywhere with their desktop and mobile application.
The learning curve for building everything out took a bit, as well as transferring data from our previous CRM took a while to actually format the data.
They're solving the propblem of not having everything you need in one CRM. As soon as we saw all the potential that Close brings, we immediately took action and signed up.

I love the detailed ways that are also user friendly that Close records data automatically. From the autodialer, effective tracking systems, and auto recording notes on phone calls for you, this is a phenomenal professional system. It can manage your client database, nurture them (even with built in workflow automation), and take detailed notes along with allowing you to track lots of data manually....there's too many things to list that this system can do. As a high ticket setter using multiple platforms for different offers, I couldn't ask for a better system and I have recommended it to other owners as a potential solution to help make their business more efficient as I believe so strongly in its efficacy in my own success. If you only have enough to invest in one system or even enough to makemistakes....be happy how affordable they are and save the stress and money and choose Close.
I wish there were system hardstops to enforce cleaner logging of data on each lead as determined by the admin of the offer.

The best thing about Close is it is very user friendly and if you are going to listen to some calls it has a very good quality. No static and the recording is very clear

Compared to any other CRM I have worked with, Close has been the most user-friendly and easy to organize. When I receive and incoming call, I can jump right to that client's profile and make note of any and everything about that client. The inbox tool is extremely helpful for setting reminders for myself, as well as tagging in coworkers for certain tasks that need assistance with. I use Close CRM every day and have not run into any issues. Because of this, I have not had to reach out to customer support, but am happy that they reach out to me every now and then to see how I like the program as well as if I have run into any issues. Adding new employees and implementing their accounts into the system is quick and easy. Uploading and integrating gmail and other business programs into Close CRM takes seconds and is easy to make necessary adjustments for email signatures, phone numbers, etc.
The only complaint I have is that when you hit backspace to go back into your smart view list, the quick widget to switch between clients can sometimes disappear.

CRM: Everybody in our team knows the previous notes and calls about the client, so if a problem appears, we are more prepared and can do more professional service.
Custom activities make integrations and triggering processes very dynamic. Very easy to use, easy implementation. Customer support is very helpful. This has now become our most frequently used software.
Reporting features aren't great. Custom activities being limited in count so much without upgrading.

Counting my interactions could be better. I have to track how many people answer me, and how many I reach out to manually because the software kind of lumps all of those interactions together.
I have a 3 call close for my company. The first step is to reach out to the clients that fill out my form. I used to have to do this manually, typing out each phone number and then texting the same thing over and over. Now, I send a chasing workflow out for all my new leads at once, and then just have to answer the folks that reply. Also the same workflow follows up with every lead until they answer, which is fantastic.
I love Close because it's the best for anyone in sales! CRM's can be very tricky and when closing deals, sales reps look at it as last in order of importance. Close does a phenomenal job of making it easy to use and operate it's CRM which in turn will help sales associates more effective.
It's missing a WhatsApp integration but apart from that it's solid/.

Close allows me to manage my customer / porspect base quickly and effectively. It's very easy to manage workflow amonst co-workers for our current customers as well as set follow up on Zaletypects. It saves me a lot of time by streamlining my day-to-day.
The only downside I've encountered is with the phone / dialer integration with JustCall. Sometimes its choppy or delayed.

Rather than sorting through accounts or typing them by name, I can move quickly by pulling up tasks or hopping into a workflow. It also allows us to create custom fields specific to our industry that help us to monitor and gain insight on our customer base.
