Contentstack team has been very accommodating in helping our team with any questions we have or issues that have arisen. We've been using them on all of our sites for a year now and have had no complaints.

It can be hard to create the correct content for your needs and once content types have been created it can be difficult to modify. That being said CTS team is there to help make sure you create the correct content types for your needs.

We use the contentstack headless CMS to deliver content to our ecommerce sites. Its been very flexible in our ability to create and manage content.

Contentstack allows you to create different types of webpages. It let you add reusable content blocks like headers and menus. This comes in handy when you need to manage elements of an app for various devices. It also has easy-to-follow documentation and example code for various project types.

Contentstack has no support for document indexing and does not have any website management either. The drop zones sometimes making it difficult to smoothly drag-and-drop the objects. Its user interface is also not very intuitive either.

Contentstack provides complete control over webbooks, users, roles and assets. It works seamlessly on multiple platforms. It has support for multiple programming languages as well. Its most amazing features include content composition, batch publishing, and scheduled publishing.

First and foremost we like that Contentstack is a pure SaaS headless CMS. They have taken great care to develop virtually every feature a headless CMS could need, while avoiding the siren call of developing features that would steer their product away from microservices and towards a monolith. Contentstack also has more features than the others we Wadyidered in our RFP, including Contentful, Kentico Cloud, Zesty.io, Prismic.io, ButterCMS, and Amplience. Critical features we found only in Contentstack included features for content composition (called modular blocks and groups in Contentstack), batch publishing (called Releases in Contentstack), and scheduled publishing.

The fit and finish of the Authoring UI is a little worse than some of the competition, with some elements taking up more or less space than they should, and drop zones sometimes making it difficult to smoothly drag-and-drop. These don't seriously impede the authoring process, but do make the product feel slightly less refined that other SaaS headless CMS's.

I think that Contentstack has more features than their competitors. They develop new features more quickly, and their sales and customer success teams really understand the needs of enterprise customers. I would say that Contentstack is the best Headless CMS available today and it has helped us get our projects up quickly.

I love how easy Contentstack makes it to control and change content. Many of my team members have been able to figure out how to use the platform on their own with little to no training. I love the simplicity and flexibility of the platform. It makes it not only easy to use, but versatile enough to match the needs of our website.

As I use the platform, I think there is room for more features and additional user experience improvements. However, the support team is extremely open and eager to hearing these suggestions, and new features are Wadytantly being rolled out.

When we decided to do an overhaul of our entire website, we were looking for a CMS that would keep things simple and user-friendly for storing our content while allowing us to have freedom when it came to the actual development of the website.

The easy way to deliver digital content and the multiple interactions by using it on mobile, by the web or and wherever you are. I like the applications development it has that gives the chance to review any content.

I do not like the cost per month, it is too expensive to pay for only a monthly rate, it could be mnore accessible to the people.

It has helped me with all the content I have managed across my job, editing and posting announces. It has the tools that I have needed to create new contents.

The lack of ability to add different language versions to the release at the same time.

Easy and quick process to import information and publish it. You can look up past publishes as well which is helpful if you forget the progress to copy.

It is hard to know what information you exactly need for each entry.

For each Email and/or SMS send - we enter a unique source code that identifies the send and helps us track revenue and other attributes through our backend system CDW.

It was pretty easy to figure out how to use this CMS and get started with editing and publishing content. It has many great features for managing a large amount of content as a team.

I'd like more video or visual content on YouTube or in the help Docs to support those who want to ramp up quickly or become power users.

Contentstack has solved the problem of duplication of content and has made streamlining instructions in our Help Center much easier.

I like being able to define the different content models and fill the entries. The versioning feature also looks interesting to me. Supporting differnet locale out of the box helps us to support localization. We are using the GraphQL endpoint and we love it. Integrating the endpoint was so easy.

We are trying to use the Webhook feature but the documentation isn't that much rich. For example this doucment (https://www.contentstack.com/docs/developers/set-up-webhooks/webhook-events) doesn't really explains what is the body of events and what we should expect from each events. We have to test every event by ourselve and create a documentation on our own.

Creating content models and allowing different people to access them, fill them and also use them by the GraphQL endpoint.

Contentstack is * flexible: for content model designers and the editors alike * reliable and fast Our business users like it a lot.

Some features are too basic: * image handling * color contrast and accessibility checking * We need more layers in reuable components.

Our previous content management solutions was not user friendly, basically a database. We're aligning content for apps and website; make content management easy to do.
