I love the fact that Flodesk has so many different aesthetic templates to choose from and you can really make your emails beautiful and on brand!

I don't have any downsides to using Flodesk! It's the best! I *would* love to see some additional features added though, like a calendar view where you can see to schedule your email content to your list.

I had used countless email marketing platforms that were NOT at all user-friendly and had very limited customization options.

Flodesk is simple and beautiful. The designs are great, and the opportunities to send emails that pop are amazing. I was very pleased to see the new analytics released that provide Flodesk clients with more information to increase engagement with their lists. Fantastic work!

I wish that there was more data on the CheckOut feature. Unless I'm missing something, analytics there don't allow you to see who on your list is checking out your CheckOut email, so you aren't sure who to follow up with. Instead, it just lets you know how many people have come to the page

- incredibly aesthetic inside the platform. Previously, I was designing our newsletter on Canva and uploading to Mailchimp, which took me entirely too long to format and size correctly. Not to mention the pain of linking to other web pages or PDFS - you can embed your own photos, or it connects directly to unsplash for free - The reporting and metrics are top-notch -you can host your PDF file directly in Flodesk, previously I uploaded it to Google Drive, making the link public, and then pasted that into the newsletter - segments and audience types are easily color coordinated and you can tell who is included in what audience at a glance - One of my favorite features, lead capture forms included - but the BEST part : everything is included in one price! It’s incredibly affordable, and if you use the link above, you get 50% off your first year, which is truly unbeatable to not try it

Honestly, I haven’t found many things to NOT Like. -You can send from two different email addresses in one account, I do wish there was the option to add more email addresses under the same account. - There’s no app, so I have to open it from Safari on my phone. - it’s not spam-friendly, so I don’t load bulk lists of random people you've never connected with, or random lists into the system. They will flag you as spam very fast and kick you off the platform.I have an audience of about 5K in the platform now

I love the templates that are available on Flodesk! There are a variety that I can use for different purposes. It was also easy to integrate with my website.

I have not found anything that I dislike about flodesk other than not having a mobile app. I hope this is in the works.

I am able to easily create emails and schedule them, this saves me so much time. I can also see who is actually opening the emails to create better segments.

I love the visuals. It looks great, both from the user perspective and when people receive your emails. After trying a few different platforms I found Flodesk was the easiest to use and is great for setting up workflows and segmenting your audience.

There isn't really any downsides for me with Flodesk at the moment. The analytics was quite simple to begin with but after a recent update the analytics are more comprehensive and I can track everything I need to.

It helps solve the problem of reaching out to my audience in more personalized ways than general social media, helping me create more of a community and staying in touch with them regularly.

It's pretty simple, but you still have a lot of space for individuality. It's easy to handle and navigate. The design/layout of the Newsletter are so minimalistic yet so stylish and presents high quality. I like that a lot! It's easy to use, fast to understand, and within only a few hours, you can send a beautiful Newsletter to your clients. I LOVE IT!!!

There is always room for improvement. Everyone works differently, so everyone has different needs. There is definitely still room for more individuality in special regards. I have already submitted a few requests and feel they slowly but sorely are working through them all.

It allows me to stay in contact with old, present and future clients. I use it to keep them up to date and show them they are still vital to me. Not everyone has time for a personal connection with every single one of their clients (especially the old ones) but Flodesk enables this in a very suttle and beautiful way.

Excellent customer service, whenever I have an issue I send a request and get a response back within a few minutes. Simple interface which make it uncomplicated.

I wish there was a better way to define the audience and segment, tag better but other than that it gets the job done.

Once we designed the email the way we wanted, its been so simple to write our newsletters and send them to our audience to get more traffic back to site.

I've been using Flodesk for over 2 years in two of my businesses, and I love it!! It's so easy to use. I've tried Mailchimp, Covertkit, you name it, and Flodesk is my fav.

Every downside that there was they've changed especially that they've now added an analytics page. They are ALWAYS improving.

What I love about it is that it's unlimited contacts and emails. There are no surprise charges, and you get everything included. The templates are also so beautiful!
