Being able to easily track all of the potential job candidates in one place, along with a central repository we can return to when we are hiring again has greatly improved our hiring process over using excel.
Although the UI is nice and clean sometimes it feels like it is a little bit simple in comparison to the other offerings in this space. However, it does mean that the site loads quickly and there isn't a significant delay waiting for parts of the UI to load which is very nice.
We previously used a combination of Excel and various folders to track our hires which took a significant amount of the admins time to organize and keep up to date. This application has enabled us to save a significant amount of time on our hiring process, enabling us to focus on the person being hired not the backend system to hire them.
