Very simple and easy to design any workflow. Also integrates nicely with other systems.
The only thing I would say is that the cost per license.
Manual approvals, manual entries to the system. Also saving maintenance costs on other products.
The ready made process flow actually saved a big chaos in system. This involved finance team, sales team, delivery team and transporters, PDI and receiver One combined system wherein everyone will work on one process and you will know the status of their request at any point of time. Really good.
I have not found anything that i dislike in this. It would have been nicer front page design to attract users.

Kissflow is an excellent process management software that allows us to efficiently enter a large volume of invoices daily and ensure that they go through the correct controls and approvals. It allows us to implement fixed assets and also various types of projects.
There was an issue with Kissflow where printing a check request was not working, but that has recently been resolved. It did take approximately 2 months until a resolution was implemented, though.
Kissflow allows us to easily receive clarifications and reassign invoices for approvals to the appropriate individuals while not restarting an entirely new check request.
Easy of use for users, and easy to manage/see travel requests over time.
No downside...it made an expensive, complicated process very easy.
Employees use KiSSFLOW for travel expense pre-approval...we've saved tens of thousands of dollars & no more "surprise" expenses!
The support is great and i always get a very quick response. If they cant answer directly i get a call and they find me the answer very quickly

Multiple. Ranging from purchase request to having documents reviews by a department. The possibility is unlimited.
An easy way to organize your company communication and approval process
Sometimes there are some limitation to the capability to manage complex flows or authorization matrix but seams many of them will be covered in the new release
Keep under control authorization process monitoring time taken by each function to manage requests
the ability to organize a flow and add check points or submittal points throughout the process.
That I didn't find this software sooner!
new hire on-boarding! Multiple departments involved in the flow and earlier there were missed hand-off, communications, where are we... now resolved.
Kissflow is a very easy workflow system.
There is need for additional functionality in the workflow.
We use the system to authorize purchase orders and HR requests. This has ensured compliance and sped up our HR process.
