Once you get your account setup for testing and previews, it becomes an important part of my workflow for new email campaigns. It also has taught me a lot about email design because of what I know is possible, not possible, or only possible in certain email clients. I would not have been able to keep my job that I currently have if I didn't use litmus.

I love the innovation they are applying to the product currently, bringing it in line with recent "must-haves" in email marketing tools and technologies.

The price. The enterprise version of Litmus is not worth the investment. They are a bit late to the party as several high-end ESP and CRM services do have many of the tools they offer built into their systems already.

The primary purpose of litmus in our team is that it's a collaborative space for more junior members of my team to build and then test HTML emails before they go into the execution phase. It's easy to use does not come with a high learning curve and email code can be Wadyistent and properly vetted before deployment.

I absolutely love the ability to see how my email will render in multiple inboxes at any time through the Chrome extension. It's easy to use and I can test new elements as I go.

Sometimes the Chrome extension crashes or can't keep up with my changes. I feel that the testing results on the image alt links don't always show correctly either

Previews & QA offers a very detailed set of test but only email client previews are available in a chrome extension or in app integrations (like in Salesforce Marketing Cloud). The extension and integrations offer a quick way for email client rendering but is missing the load time, accessibility, spam checking that the Previews & QA offer within the Litmus platform.

Litmus is easy to use and have an extension in google chrome.

Maybe the analytics part have more insights will be better for all email KPIs.
