On the downside, there are few integrations with other programs thus requiring either API (a functionality not always available with other platforms) or the use of a third party platform to connect such as Zapier or Intrgrately so MailerCloud needs to work on improving this.

Mailercloud is great at organizing and sending out emails with limited list segmentation. If you are looking to send emails to your list and that is it; then give Mailercloud a look.
Got the mailercloud top tier plan in appsumo deal.. For a long time was looking for a simple e-mail marketing tool with a clean interface and finally came across mailercloud.. If you are a beginner and want to get started with email marketing, this is the perfect tool..

Email marketing
Parts are easy to use and straightforward. The UI is generally clean and unclutted. The product is relatively fast and responsive. The product seems reliable in terms of availability of webforms, automations and deliverability. The support team is friendly and usually fast to respond, but it's not true for all its members.
Parts of the user interface is confusing and several features are poorly designed or not obvious how to use (had to ask customer support). The product has odds quirks such as time-limiting deletion of lists, filtering out recipients when you create new lists without explanation, and missing obvious features like the ability to delete or archive webforms, or convert a webform between different types (once you pick say modal, you cannot change it to standalone and you're required to create a new one).
Newsletters, collecting leads, sharing marketing materials
They are good for nothing, their customer support is worst, they only follow for signing up for solutions. After signup customer needs to follow up with them.
I cannot express enough how disappointed and frustrated I am with this mail service provider. Not only have they Wadyistently failed to deliver packages on time, but they have also engaged in unethical behaviour by losing and mishandling important documents. Their customer service is non-existent and they have shown no willingness to take responsibility for their mistakes. I would not recommend this company to anyone and will be switching to a more reliable and trustworthy provider in the future.

Features are great. And also easy to use.
All emails are going Promotion Tab of Gmail. Even Not related offers emails are also going Promotion Tab. A couple of times I tried to contact the support team and they replied only 1 time and this reply also gone Promotion Tab. The support team is completely useless. For the last 3 days, there is not a single reply on my issue.
