Many useful tools, services and new technologies in one platform. You will find everything what you need to do succesfull email marketing and automations and more importantly it is very easy to use. Customer suport is top class. Greetings to Filip he was the one who solved me one huge issue.

The only problem is that it is expensive.

It helps with automations, pop-up's and massive emails to our customers.

I am a self confessed Tech biff and even I can use mailerlite! The chat bot has been fantastic and it is working for me for everytyhing I want to do at this point. It is easy to integrate with my website that is run from a doifferent platform at this point.

I have not found one yet as I have been able to work through everything.

At this point it is very early days but I am using mailerlite to set off my marketing campaign and to hopefully create the landing pages i need to sell my products.

I had to end my membership because of budget reason, but I loved them so much. I hope I can return once my business has taken off. Easy to use, many features to help you, also customer support is always kind and very helpful.

The only thing is it would be so much useful if they implement italian language. That's all!

Everything ! Mailerlite is a super tool ! I use mailerlite features everyday for my business. The support service is great. Very good reactivity.

We are limited in the choice of templates

I lost all my unsuscribers. And the support (David) service help me to recover them.

It is a very easy system - and support is at a hands reach

Don't know Oh... maybe that it is not possible to send mails with videos as Mp4 (that it has to be Vimeo or Youtube)

The application itself, ease of use, help articles, innovations, ... But most of all - customer support! They care about you.

If anything is near perfect, that's MailerLite. No dislikes.

Avoiding extra expenses for dedicated server in order to send bulk emails. In connection to that, junk mailing problem is solved. .

I've been using MailerLite for years and setup all new clients on it. Has a good number of features on their free plan and even more on their paid plan. The features are not fluffy, they are features that are necessary as part of any successful email marketing plan. I do have to admit that the quality of support is one of the main reasons why I love MailerLite so much.

Not much to dislike, but there are some things that are missing (branding colours across the board), but it gets added as a feature request by support.

I educate clients on email marketing and MailerLite is the easiest one to use that's more economical then the rest.

Their 24/7 chat support, the team is always happy to jump on chat and help you out with anything, big or small.

I only wish there was a multiple trigger option for purchases inside automations - e.g. when purchased productA AND productB (or productA OR productB ) - however I've been advised this is not possible to technical reasons.

I use ML for my email marketing and love it!

I enjoy the simplicity of their platform in terms of the ease of creating good-looking emails to go out, but what I really love is that I can reach a real human person to help with any trouble I run into in the process. Having access to wise and friendly human tech helpers is fabulous--and not so available in other online platforms. I'm grateful.

At this moment I can't think of anything I dislike about the MailerLite program.

It solves my keeping in touch with the people in my database--easily and with lovely newsletters.

This email platform is incredibly intuitive and easy to use. At the same time it's incredibly effective. Additionally, customer support is incredibly responsive and helpful.

I wouldn't change a thing. 100 times better than MailChimp and Wadytant Contact.

I need a Mailerlite for Dummies reference book

I'm an author and am moving into selling direct from a website.

The drag & drop feature is fabulous. The free version is perfect for a small nonprofit like ours because our mailing list is still small and our budget is so small, that we need every penny we can save for our programs. The resources you provide (how-to's, etc) are great as well.

Obviously, if we want some other features, we'd have to upgrade to a paid subscription, which we can't afford at this time. It would be awesome if nonprofits could upgrade for free.

Their commitment to their customers is evident, and it's a huge plus for anyone seeking a reliable email marketing platform. I have created two sites for my start-ups, and I'm excited to use MailerLite for my own clients' needs.

The main thing is the deliveriablity, they are extremly good when making sure your email newsletter land in the inbox of users. Also, I really like the UI of the platform, it's really easy to locate the things you're looking for.

None to be honest, I have been using the platform for some time and I can't find anything wrong.

All othe platforms I have used are crazy overpriced and most of these platforms have a low deliveribality rate.

Whenever I reach out to support - they are there. And everyone is super helpful, but there's one guy - Filip - who absolutely stands out. He just gets the job done in NO TIME, whatever I ask. 5-star support, no questions asked.

It would be easier to understand (for me at least) if segments where re-named to tags, since everyone (even MailerLite itself) calls is this way.

Way cheaper, way easier and - most importantly - way BETTER than ActiveCampaign (which I've been the user of for quite a few years before I've switched over to MailerLite)

The fact that you need premium plan for support BUT it's totally reasonable! I still can't reccommend them enough!

Email marketing and making sure that my emails are fully always being put in the inbox instead of spam or promotions! They do an amazign job at making this process easy and working!
