Monday allows me to stay super organized while managing all current transactions, clients, payments, expenses and so much more. I am able to utilize the app which is very user-friendly and comes in handy. Customer Support is great as well. They are very responsive. This is a system that I am working on multiple times a day. It was very easy to understand and implement into my business.
I have had a hard time trying to create a Real estate CRM board to manage clients and communication but that is because I have not fully explored all of the options.
It helps me manage where I am in a transaction and where clients are in the process of onboarding.
It's so easy to use. Client notes and contact information are so important for our business. Monday helps us stay aligned and in tune with what's going on among our many client groups.
I wish some features were more a la carte. I don't want tohave to upgrade the whole package when I'm in need of just one feature.
Our employees are able to easily see all client notes and contact information from anywhere. Compliance and note taking is a big part of our business, so this is pivotal.

Very user friendly and simple to use never had an issue using for 12 months. I think any level of employee can wrap their head around it whether brand new or 10 years experience. Every area of the system is easy to change around to meet a companies needs.
Only thing I would like is extra room on a dashboard but even then you can make an extra board for the extra data

It woukld be helpful if you could have more boards per callender

There are many upsides of using Monday sales CRM. The program is well organized and efficient. I can easily get through all my tasks with this system keeping me on the right track.
I personally have no dislikes about Monday.

I like the flexibility of the platform to create different boards with varying functions.
Can be a bit of a learning curve, sometimes difficult to make a decision on how to create a board from a blank slate.
We use it to manage team tasks as well as manage our communications between us and our customers.
Monday's customer support has always been great and has walked us through any issues. We use the CRM frequently, almost daily. I was able to implement it for all of my departments. What impresses me the most is the number of features that we can utilize and how easy it is to integrate with our company.
Nothing, all is great. I can't find any issue with Monday's CRM.
