Moosend simplifies processes and provides all possible functions and additions - for free!
There is nothing to dislike. It would have been nice to have an infographic maker with templates built-in, but it is manageable to make and import infographics from other tools.
With Moosend, we can send out and track analytics for newsletters. There are numerous benefits - excellent designs, automated subscription/mailing lists, tracking opens etc.
User friendly environment, very easy to figure out how everything works and great insights.
Nothing really to improve, it really covers all my needs.
I can manage newsletters easily and fast, keep track of performance and am not worried they won't arrive.
Snappy content editor, doesn't have ads, clean interface. Everything that MailChimp (which I used before Moosend) does, but better. Also great options to customize the sender name and other information. MailChimp seems to be the default for student organizations at my university, but I will be recommending Moosend to other student leaders.
I've been using this for about a month and have yet to find anything I dislike, however I've only been using basic features.
No problems thus far. Benefits are time saved in editing email content and lack of a headache in customizing settings.
I've used several email marketing platforms over the years, ranging form the great to the "how are these guys still in business". MooSend is far away #1 when it comes to support and customer experience. These guys are respond to support requests within seconds and have their support staff actively resolving your issues rather than passing you on to another team member. Highly recommend these guys.
That I didn't discover them sooner. Thus far I've found no faults.
My support requests were related to sender validation. In both cases my sender updates were expedited and fixed right away, allowing my team to continue working on sending campaigns.
• Ease of use • Intuitive • Looks like what you are creating via builder / preview / and then testing • No unwanted surprises or going to have to go back and forth 20x or more to get the right look. • Can easily get into the code editor if desired and see updates in real-time I gain back half my day using Moosend. WISH I found it sooner.
NOTHING! Well actually, there are small hiccups , not really a dislike-- • sometimes when adding a structure and email is long-- the box won't add at the bottom because the browser won't move down and you'll have to do some re-arranging. • with thin heighted items like spacers or headlines, can get mixed up and delete the wrong element, but it's easy enough to re-add items. It is nowhere near the frustration level of other email builders.
Time-saving. The main thing is that there's fidelity between what you build and what you test. No unpleasant spacing surprises. I am literally over-joyed, and this program is a timesaver. Elements do what they're supposed to do. I did not watch the intro vid since I'm familiar with other builders, but I'm sure I could streamline even more if I do watch the tutorials. The UX and dev team for Moosend have a really solid product, I thank them so much truly.

Creating forms (the right format) to fit my web design. The best benefit so far is how customizable the forms are. It is perfect.

I am migrating from MailChimp which, while it can do a lot, as become SO overly burdensome and onerous - when I know there is a mailing coming up I just dread it. The setup for this program is simple and amazingly straightforward. AND, the support? WOW! I haven't seen a chat support work the way it does and the quick responses (and, let's be honest..I asked some bonehead questions) were amazing. We have yet to send out our first newsletter, but I am anxious and excited to do so. What is a great selling point for our organization is that we can buy credits - to use as/when we wish - and are not locked into a monthly fee. Very happy to have this as an option. I look great to my CEO; I am saving us money and saving us time. Thank you!
I haven't found a dislike yet. I am sure it will happen, but so far, I can tell it will NOT be that I don't understand something or fear asking for help.

The email template is very good compared to Mailchimp which is very limited and restrictive. There are many options and styles for text and arrangement of elements such as titles and pictures.
I haven not found anything that I dislike about Moosend so far.
Our not-for-profit small organisation can easily and quickly send emails to our stakeholders without a heavy time commitment.
Customer Service, Cennik, Template is user-friendly and well designed.
I dislike nothing. The website has worked flawlessly so far. And everyone in customer service is super helpful.
