The features and the integration are very good. It is simple and UX is very easy. The marketing automation was easy to implement

With regards to Moosend I felt the features are a bit complex. For a starter it was hard to adapt and only upon training I was able to figure out the features

Moosend continues to keep up & innovate in the eblast provider space. Solid deliverability, flexible without being sleazy. I've worked with a fair amount of these things, and honestly their support has blown me away. Had an issue recently and I'd say most vendors would be like "yeah, sucks to be you, pound sand" but not Moosend. They gave solid advice to resolve things in a white hat.

Eh, I guess compared to the big boys the UX can be a little clunky, but it's balanced out by all the good stuff

The user interface is intuitive, you don't need coding knowledge to use this tool, offers a lot of interesting features for both funcitonal and aesthetic purposes.

Could support better integration options. It would be helpful to integrate it with the larger marketing tech stack . I found some of the tools I used were not available.

Sending emails with newsletters and promotional offers is easy. You are able to design and leverage a bunch of eye catchy graphics and automate the process using it.

The customer support is fast and professional. The tool works and is intuitive for news users to understand.

The migration from Mailchimp was not smooth. The migration tool did not work.

I was able to easily transition from an old marketing site I used to Moosend.

I've only used it so far for 1 campaign, so far so good. It took a bit to get used to the interface but once I got the hang of it, no problems.

I use Moosend to send my weekly newsletters to my families (I'm a teacher). The benefits I like are ease of use and the ability to track who has opened my news and clicked on which links.

Moosend has so far made sense from day 1. It's easy to grasp and very user friendly. The support has also been great.

The only (very few) things I've mentioned to Moosend are on the to do-list and should be up and running soon according to the lovely customer support person I chatted with. So basically: nothing.

I registered for Mailchimp ages ago and somehow never really got things done. With moosend I sent my first email within days.

It's not that easy to set up. I wish that part was more straight forward.

Moonsend is the most innovative and productive service a marketer can count on in his or her company to market. This service is very complete to work with as it allows people to manage several marketing campaigns at the same time, design and implement them. The software has very useful tools such as drag and drop functionality which is very important when making edits, multiple templates, automated workflows, mailing list management with custom fields and custom segmentation. One advantage of this service is that the system it provides is very easy to operate, is very flexible and people can execute their tasks with peace of mind.

One of my annoyances when I work with this service is that it has happened to me that we send advertising emails and mark them as spam, sometimes the operation of the system is a little slow but as it lasts very few seconds I do not Wadyider it a serious factor. From my point of view I think it is necessary that the service is made some small improvements for its operation to be even more effective.

Moonsend is a system that we use in each of the marketing departments of our organization to create and extend large marketing campaigns through emails, Moonsend in recent years has allowed us to manage very well multiple campaigns simultaneously we have been able to get large volumes of new customers and the image of our organization has grown quite what has been one of our main objectives, this service has been very good performance for everyone in our company both externally and internally.

Moosend is great for small startups: it's far more cost-effective than competitors, such as MailChimp; open and click rates are good; and you can create a decent-looking email template.

The software itself needs some improvement: it's not as user-friendly when compared to competitors; and also the flexibility with which type designs you can create from scratch -- e.g. the option of a wider margin layout would be great.

The toolbars could do with a rethink.
