Quixy has helped us in developing business applications for multiple departments at our organization. The platform has endless possibilities and we used platform to 100% to automate almost all the processes at our organization. Data Tables and App referencing are some of the best features in this platform.
There is very little that I dislike anything about this platform. The platform is intuitive and easy to use. Though there are few limitations while developing applications but these are negligible as these can be handled with pre-planning.
Quixy helped us automate various business processes, through Quixy we automated our customer onboarding and maintaining customer records. Now our employees are able to handle our customers in a better way as the information is available at a single click.
The platform was so easy to create forms and configure the workflows and apply business rules as per our current processes. The enbled our users and myself develop apps quickly and publish them within no time.
Implementing few video tutorials and few help tips would help the users to understand the platform in a better way.
Our school used Quixy to automate multiple processes at our organization. We were able to create Employee Self Service module to help our teaching and non-teaching staff to submit requisitions, teachers are now able to share syllabus related information, request for adjustments in time table and capture minutes of meeting from various sessions. Our accounts department also automated the process of quotations and created a reporting tool for better decision making.
We enjoyed automating our processes using Quixy as the platform was very easy to develop applications for our Wadytruction firm. The platform is good and best fit for companies like us to develop applications on our own without involving an IT implementation agency. Some of our processes were automated in hours and the readily available application templates helped us in going digital at a brisk pace.
Few things were complex in the beginning to understand but the customer support team made it look simple with their handholding support. However, support and FAQ’s can be developed to help the user independently develop apps.

Flexibility to change anytime is the best thing with this platform. The platform is so easy to adopt and it works well if you are planning to automate your processes one after the other. Our journey was well planned where we started automating the processes department wise and later integrated with the applications once all our processes were streamlined and automated independently. The journey was smooth though there were initial hurdles in understanding the platform.
UI/UX can slightly be better and will advise the team to develop more and more online help content.
Almost all the processes within the organization have been automated. Now all our small and big projects are managed through Quixy. The reporting tools developed around the data we had helped our departments to analyze and predict the situations better and act accordingly. This is a powerful tool that any company can afford to have. Used this application to automate all my workflows within days. The experience was great especially while integrating the platform with 3rd party applications. All it needed was to understand my own processes and build accordingly. It required no coding skills, all the departments in my organization automated their processes without a need of a developer.
There is nothing i can dislike about this platform but i would suggest if more pre-built applications are built using the platform and hosted so that this will help lot of them avoiding building of applications from scratch.
A lot can be automated using Quixy, we have managed to benefit maximum out of this platform. We automated our audit process, visitor management, leave management, employee appraisal process, tour management and claims, action item tracking and MoM and all our general administration procedures.
I liked the entire flow of developing the application to publishing it. It was soo simple that i could automate any processes on the fly independently and bring it live within no time. From users perspective, it was very easy to use and work on the platform. Though we needed initial push from the Quixy team in automating few areas, it was very easy to develop applications and fix the issues within no time.
