It is a platform that integrates most of the current functionalities that we look for in our company. Its multi-channel nature, the ability to integrate with dialogflow in such a simple and always efficient way is what we like the most.
It's not that I don't like it, but I would love it if we can integrate AI directly, for example, with ChatGPT and Palm from Google
All the communication that comes from the different channels (facebook, whatsapp, instagram, email, etc.) is currently being managed in respond.io, this for our company was a very big problem because we could not be aware of each channel independently .

Some time ago the app was not efficient. But by making Wadytant updates and having great customer service, today there isn't much to complain about this platform.

La versatilidad de la plataforma y la integracion rapida con nuestros canales. Tambien el soporte recibido por el partner de argentina, referente a la puesta en marcha de la misma. El soporte tecnico de respond tambien es rapido y eficiente.
Los permisos de agentes y de gerentes, deberián ser mas configurables, o sea una lista de permisos general de la plataforma, como por ejemplos acceso a las partes de aministracion de la misma, y el mismo configurable para cada tipo de usuarios, eso daría mas versatilidad a la configuracion de uso y seguridad de acceso de la misma. Pro ejemplo un gerente que tenga acceso a ciertas partes de la plataforma, y otro que solo vea las estadisticas.
Nuestros canales de soporte y atencion al cliente unificados, es una ventaja para la gestion de Zaletypectos y clientes, como asi tambien la integracion de las redes sociales, nos ha dado mas versatilidad en las respuestas.

It's really easy to use. Also, we don't depend on the IT department to create workflows. Now we are able automatize our processes and give personalized service to our leads. The fact that respond.io keeps launching new useful features makes us want to stay.
Since our business is in Central America, it's really difficult to get support during our working hours. Usually when we need your support someone has to stay late at work or wake up really early.
We use to face three main problems: it was really difficult to save our customer's information, to manage conversations with just one phone and to follow up with contacts. respond.io solved them all. This benefited us because we were able to rise our enrollment rate (we use respond.io for education)
The thing that I, personally, find the most helpful is how easy is to divide the tasks between the work group. Before using respond.io managing 10 clients between 3 coworkers was a nightmare. We often stepped on each other's toes and replied multiple times to the same person. With respond.io it's really easy to just assign one person to a certain coworker and that's it. It saves a lot of time and it's really professional.
Personally I don't find almost any downsides to respond.io. If I had to pick one it would be that sometimes sound notifications are not always instantaneous. But that's it really, aside from this "problem" (that occurs very rarely) I don't find downsides to respond.io and it's been a pleasure to work with this tool.
I mentioned it in the section before, but it helped manage our team incredibly well. We save a lot of time and effort by having our customers assigned to certain people. Also the snippet feature helps us massively to save precious time and make our customer support much more quicker and efficient.

The powerfull resources that the platform has, you can develop just simple thing to the most powerfull workflows. The integration with Whatsapp channels is so easy.
That theres no way to have a private chat between the members of an organization. That sometimes it is difficult for browsers to mantain the push notifications.

There is not a very good Email option, for example send email copying many people.
Before i used only whatsapp and Meta, this was an issue because i could not be organized while doing customer service, and no data about it Yes my business performance increased

This is very convenience support tool we used ever since we started. Before we use sms, whatapps but this respond io was very usefull and user friendly.
So far on my experience on this respond io. I like everything designed on it. So I can't say any dislike because as i understand from the time we subscribe up to now there's a lot of improvement here.
We have an issue on Contact Center Support hence, this Respond io resolved our issue. Because majority of Filipinos uses viber rather thank whatapps. So Viber is preferably used which serve as big help to our local support here in Phils.
