Although it's imporving, there lacked flexibility of the actions you wanted to do. Most features have rigid guidlines and it's challenging to work around them if you need something else done.

Our clients were all stored within Salesforce and easily accessed by our whole company. Being apart of a company over 1k employees, it was crucial to stay aligned with client profile updates and interactions.

Salesforce is simple and easy to use. Salesforce helps us to build and release customized applications based on our needs. There are lots of training resources available for Salesforce. The layout is good. Salesforce provides various ways to record data, organize the data, track the progress of the tasks, and so on.It allows you to navigate search options easily. The best feature about Salesforce is that it easily integrate with other marketing platforms. With Salesforce, we can easily automate our daily tasks. Salesforce is truly a cloud based platform. So, there is no need for maintainence. We can write our own custom code if you need a customized solution. Salesforce allows us to acces the data anywhere even from the phone. It provides a drag-and-drop functionality which allows to create process or function easily. Overall, the Salesforce platform is the most powerful yet easy one to work with.

Some functions are limited in Salesforce. For small business enterprises, there should be better pricing options. Sometimes it is hard to find what I am looking for in the Salesforce platform. Maybe the architecture could be a little bit simpler. The 'find duplicate records' functionality doesn't work the way as it should be. The lighting view is confusing, but there is a trailhead to help you out. Sometimes, it doesn't display the name of the PDF documents. Sometimes it will be difficult for us to cope up with the changing functionalities and added enhancements. Salesforce platform provides too many options, which are sometimes confusing.

Salesforce possesses many personalization features that enable you to do anything you want. It helps us to keep track of everything we do daily. It allows the data to be well organized and easily accessible whenever needed. We can quickly review the information staying on the same page from top to bottom. Salesforce integrates with other systems so that all of the information is in one place. Because of this feature, it is easily accessible. Salesforce allows us to automate the processes by setting up triggers. Salesforce increases efficiency throughout the day with fewer clicks.

Sometimes too many options can be confusing and/or expensive

We are able to capture and leverage much more of our customers' journeys than before and with greater confidence that the data in our CRM is accurate. Armed with the information, we can manage our relationships better and more proactively service our customers and increase our success.

Salesforce lighting platform looks much nicer than the classic version! They really upped their visualization game. Not only does the CRM look more visually appealing, but the layout makes it easier to find and view things.

ANALYZING DATA IS NOT AMAZING. There are so many restrictions when making reports and dashboards it's not even funny.

Keeping up with our accounts and making sure we see our members every so often. We use this platform to track our accounts and schedule meetings. What's great about this is that we can see every interaction any of our employees have with any account.

Sales force is one of the best platform because of its ease of use and navigation.

With lightning there are some great features that help you view information differently in Salesforce. It's cleaner and easier to use in some aspects compared to the classic interface.

Pages tend to load a little bit slower and some features in classic still aren't built and available on the lightning platform.

Visualizing information differently. Helping users find the information they need to view with page layout components. There are great features like favoriting and smart searches that speed up how you find information and what is displayed to you.

The platform is easy to navigate and the longer you use it the more tasks can be accomplished.

- so much flexibility in terms of how you would like to set up your accounts / leads / contacts / opportunities - can be customized based on your organizational needs - dashboards are great

- everything is custom and you need an experienced Salesforce admin on your staff - the lead process can be a struggle

- better tracking for our sales and marketing teams - give the management team the visibility into all aspects of the business

Great for email communication and case management. Allows for multiple types of features to be built into it. We have several queues, which makes it easy to stay organized and manage customer service cases.

It would be nice to have an easier way to search for email templates - a list version like in Classic, in addition to the current search option. You need to know what the template is called in order to find it.

Salesforce allows us so much freedom to build what we want for our needs. It's a great tool for customer service and internal problem solving across teams.

The sales force is a really great platform to working as a team, It manages data in a great manner it is really helpful to team. The follow ups and and their comments makes platform even better. THE AUTHORISED person can generate a report whatever you need.

The major disadvantage of Sales force is we can do too much customization. Sometimes it brings limitations in your work. Because you are having a imitation access of data and you want to pull a report you needed to write a mail to the authorities to get that report..

It gives lot of benifits to entire team when you are working together The presonaluzed reports give clear idea to management what actually is currently happening. Where we are lagging and where we need to improve.
