It's hard to choose just one! The automated emails for failed payments is great because it's one less task that we have to worry about keeping up with and the affiliate program is great feature to offer members of ours to share with their community and expand our reach while rewarding them. The ease of setting up checkout pages and creating specific offers for each product or service is great, it's nice to be able to integrate two cart offerings, like a monthly payment or a paid in full discount cart on the same checkout page. The bump ups are also great for increasing sales right before checkout.

Some limitations in automations with Kajabi, we have found workarounds for these though with the help of support. I would like to see a different view for payments that fail other than the static view of all transactions, something that shows per person when their payment failed and then once they acknowledge one of the auto emails and update their payment information, and then once their payment clears.

Streamlining business tasks and receiving payments with ease. Being able to setup multiple products quickly and easily how been very helpful in the growth of our business. Setting up an affiliate program has been a great benefit that we can offer to our members to reward them for sharing a membership they find value in with their friends and family.

SamCart may not have the integrations that Shopify does, but it looks a lot better. And the upsell functions are great. I make most of my money on upsells and SamCart works better than Shopify there.

SamCart needs more integrations. It is very difficult to integrate SamCart with anything right now.

I can cut out a sales page and go direct to SamCart product pages. Their product pages can double as sales pages and cut out one set where you risk losing customers.

It is not an all in one program, i need to pair it with stripe, kajabi, and zapier to make a fully functional education business with it.

Sometimes Samcart doesn't play nice with my other business tools. But that's just tech stuff that all online entrepreneurs have to deal with, No big deal really

I am back again to Samcart. They KNOW how to do checkout pages. I'm so impressed by the tech upgrades and the new drag & drop builders abilities to make the pages look amazing and just how I want them both on desktop but also loving the mobile optimization. I'm also loving their added payment options, pay what you can options and subscription options. It gives such flexibility to us biz owners. But I think best of all even over all the cool new tech and integrations - their customer service just blows everyone else in the space away. Literally got a meeting with Chris S. (Sr. Customer Success Manager) who walked me through all the updates, showed me how to increase my conversions and increase average order value - BTW this was invaluable! Never, have I gotten customer service like this. If you're on the fence about what cart to go with - don't be. Sign up and enjoy the awesomeness!

This is the easiest way ever both to make a sales page and to actually getting the money directly to your account! I made sales for 15 000,- dollars(US) the first two weeks of using SamCart, AND the support is amazing! The SamCart platform is easy to use and their templates are very helpful. What I really like about SamCart is their genuine interest in seeing us, Visual Thrive, succeed. Our Customer Success Manage has spent much time answering our questions, offering wonderful feedback on best practices of using their service to make more sales in an efficient way. Also, I feel they have gone the extra mile to make sure we are successful. I like the idea they do not take a percentage of our sales. We get check-ins from time-to-time and our Customer Success Manager answers our questions quickly. I have also used their online chat feature and they have always been responsive to our tech questions.

I actually do not have any dislikes for this platform and company. It has been a good match for us and I had tried other platforms and solutions before signing up with SamCart.

Many of our clients are subscription-based and SamCart allows me to manage those subscriptions efficiently and without paying a percentage of our sales. It has also allowed us to offer products that are for sale online and are easy to manage with automatic downloads.

Easy to use, fast response on the site, easy to learn, lots of templates to get you started quickly. Samcart guides you from a simple checkout form to a full on sales letter to convert more

Somewhat scattered settings: sometimes to change a single line of text in a product page you have to look in 3 different places. Example: I want to change the Headline: I go to the drag and drop editor and change it. I want to change the price: I have to go inside the product page, price, and change it. I want to change the checkout form: I have to go inside checkout form in the designer to change the "buy" button but the other text is under "advanced settings" inside the product.

Increased sales by using sales bumps! Beautiful product pages with pictures, videos, bullets, colors... Very easy on the customer! Ability to save product pages as templates to save time for next time. Quick search functionality, a nice dashboard to look at your sales at a glance... With the increase in sales, it pays for itself!

Seeing everything at a glance, really clear graphics and well laid out site. Samcart helps me to coordinate and log all my sales and communicates well within my email compilation chain. I'm a musician and have little time for admin, so this is a bonus for me!
