The only downside is the cost -- the number of features is incredible, but I only have the time (and knowledge!) to use a few of them, so I feel I am only scratching the surface of what it can do. Long term this is actually an upside, but in the short term when I am very budget-Wadycious, I wish there was a "lite" version that was more affordable that only had the features I use (such as keyword research).

Sometimes the UX can be redundant or things are not where you would most expect them to be. They could sometimes do better at drawing more attention to new product features. There have been occasions when new features roll out and there's no mention anywhere, you just stumble upon it.

It offers a lot of different products within one software and there are a ton I don't even utilize. I love their new app store and how they are creating their own and working with third parties to offer even more options. They are expanding their AI offerings, which is very important in SEO and content marketing right now.
