Chatbot flow is very easy to setup and use

I have to see everything even though i am only using Chatbot

it helps with customer service management and automates frequently asked question

The bots creation is very intuitive and easy

The automation tools for Email Marketing should be worked upon.

My Email Marketing Problem was solved and I have benefited from it immensely

They offer multiple ways like SMS, Viber, that is better than others. And the web push function is surprising.

How simple it is to use and create a new campaign. Anybody can use it

because from my point of view I found it very intuitive, it keeps incredible qualities about its information and illustrations, which are based on projecting real knowledge, in a very flexible and understandable way in the best possible way, because this software acquires these peculiarities in this main area of its servers, being one of my favorite aspects in relation to the general functionalities that this system exerts, without excluding its Wadyiderable amplitude of functions for a better margin of the work that is done, thanks to these tools.

Apparently it lacks some functionalities that are a necessary complement when it is required to perform certain work through this software, more than anything in its capacity to limit some of its options of use, which are more frequently encouraged, being a problem for large companies that perform extensive work at the same time through this particular system, acquiring problems, specifically in the labor backlog.

We are currently using the functionalities of this software, specifically in the department in charge of marketing operations, since we can perform various jobs in these areas in an incredible way, since we use it to communicate various promotional offers about our product, with an explicit line of details, including the services we offer to each of our customers, through emails, in order to reach an impressive amount of people and increase the purchase possibilities for these individuals.

I like the design options available with sendpulse. I also like that for small businesses with smaller contact lists, the program is free.

I don’t like that there is a low amount of space to hold images. This means you have to delete files in order to upload new files frequently.

We are able to send multiple weekly scheduled emails to our contact list with ease. The program saves your templates so you can easily edit and resend quickly.

Analytic feedback...shows me the details I need to make the right organisational decisions.

They're making it easier to use on the free plan, and giving more benefits to paid users.

I have used a few other email builders including, Emma and Mail Chimp and SendPulse is by far a lot easier to use. •The user interface is delightful. It is fun, modern, and clean. • SendPule uses a drag and droip interface that makes it quick and easy to build emails. • SendPulse has a lot of helpful features, like being able to create, customize and save elements as blocks that can be used in future. emails Sendpulse uses a great drag and drop editor and pleasing user interface that makes creating emails a delightful and fun experience.

• SendPulse does not seem to have a way to predefine tags like H1, H2 headings, or paragraph settings globally or for an individual email. This is a common feature for many other email builders, so I was surprised that this was not possible with Send Pulse. It makes formatting the email very cumbersome, especially if it is a long email. • When formatting text or elements within the email, some editing can be done directly within the email, and some settings have to be accessed from the side panel.

Quickly sending polished emails to large external audiences.

The simplicity of the overall experience is what I love the most about SendPulse. I love the drag-and-drop for the images. It is super easy to understand, so it is perfect for beginners.

The lag rate, no API for reporting is a hindrance for businesses.

LOTS of bugs: - newsletter Wadytructor - newsletter saving - title editing in an existing newsletter - template saving - website seems to crash quite often - sometimes the created earlier newsletter disappears - problems with cache, have to work in incognito mode all the time - mobile version of the newsletter looks abominable: text and images move around, whilst they are not supposed to - yandex and google mail delivery issues: some images are not displayed at all. Spacing moves - the absence of a preview link. I have to make screenshots to show it to customers. Unacceptable to me - can't upgrade an existing plan: have to buy a new one - website design overall is not very pleasing. Could be improved, modernized. - wish there was an option to create folders to organize already sent emails - very useful!
