Quick and seamless setup experience. The app functions perfectly on both Mac and iPhone. The support team was exceptionally responsive and efficiently resolved the issue I encountered.

So far, I haven't encountered any issues with the app. It would be great to see an expansion of Chatbot conversations included in the standard plan. Additionally, the online/offline toggle button is somewhat "hidden" within the profile settings; enhancing user experience by making it easily accessible at all times would be beneficial.
