I created my website using Weebly because I had heard it was easy to use. Not being especially tech savvy, I was glad to find the product mostly intuitive. Since 2011 Weebly has continued to improve and update features and offers fabulous tutorials on how to integrate these new features to your website. Their customer service is outstanding! I recently needed to contact them regarding an issue and the representative was amazing. Honest, sincere and was able to resolve my concern immediately.

I wish it had more graphic features, although you are able to tap into free and paid photos for postings. Sometimes the free options include a lot of pix that aren't exactly what you were looking for. More integration with social media, however this could be something I haven't figured out yet.

I needed to create a business website on my own due to financial Wadytraints. The benefits of my website is for Zaletypective clients to find out more about me and then more about what I can offer them. I have a unique business background that I have combined into my current business. To try and explain everything about me all at once can be overwhelming. On my website, people can browse and find out on their own.

I like the ease of use of Weebly, from the layout and design options to the editing capabilities.

I had been on an upgraded plan for a year which allowed me to personalize my footer. When the subscription ran out, I did not get an alert that my plan had ended. I had realized when I checked my footer a couple weeks later and my footer was gone and replaced with "create a free site with weebly". This was embarrassing to have live. I would have liked a reminder email to renew my subscription and prevent this lapse.

A quick, basic, and clean website that gives me the freedom to update whenever I need without paying an outside resource to create, maintain, and update my site.

I love the variety of templates, the drag-and-drop design features, and the client portal that allow my clients to get website stats and make updates to their own sites.

The cost for eCommerce sites is a bit steep, but understandable for the user-friendly experience.

I am able to manage multiple client sites through Weeby's developer tools, and my clients love being able to update their sites with minimal involvement from me!

Weebly is easy to use for website Building. Very intuitive and allows you to make edits and updates quickly without having to mess with html (unless you prefer that).

The interface between social media accounts and document uploading could use some improvement. It works, but does take a bit more effort to make it seamless. Overall okay.

For those who don't know coding, Weebly is still accessible and simple to navigate. Instead of having that one person on the team who has to update the website, this allows for the responsibility to be shared.

It was easy to set up initially and they have a lot of building blocks provided for you. Theres also a lot of customizations templates you can use so that was helpful as well

I think ttherer were some design limitations hinders some things. I remember the images would come out really poorly for some reason.

It has a lot of pre-created page options that you can use. Don’t need to create web pages from scratch.

The format is not always what I want with the pre created pages. When I was creating an e portfolio for my Masters program, there were random back ground or pictures i didn’t need. Once you delete those pictures, the page looks really unprofessional and I had a hard time figuring out how to make my website look presentable again. It took a really long time to get it to that point.

The upsides of using weeby were that for one, it was very easy to figure out how to use it as a first time website builder. Also, the support was very easy to get in touch with and also just to find answers to questions I may have had

The only thing I would say I dislike about it is that it seems a little juvenile in comparison to other website builders, especially from a marketing standpoint when you're building a website for a business client.

I was solving being able to either build a website myself for a business client and their business or being able to provide them with Weebly personally to easily be able to build their own site themselves.

It is easy to drag and drop elements t build a professional looking website from scratch. It is east to add e-commerce capabilities to your website as well.

It can get expensive if you do not want Weebly to take a percentage of your sales. Also, when you contact support they try to upsell you.

This runs my side business, with full ecommerce capabilities. There is an easy to implement merchant account, so we can accept credit cards.

I love using weebly because the available templates provide a base for the website you’re designing, but there is still a lot of freedom to add custom elements. I often inject my own HTML code into a page in order to customize further.

I think that some other website design platforms offer better templates. Some of the templates offered by Weebly seem dated in comparison to the hip and minimal ones offered elsewhere.

My weebly site is informative for customers and gives them access to contact forms and booking methods that make my job easier.

I have been working with Weebly for several years, and I really enjoy how many templates there are to make over your website. You can enter some basic information and play around until you find the best fit.

I dislike the learning curve. Though it is very easy to use it still takes a long time to learn all the tricks.

I have never known a design to be more pleasing to the eye and easy to use. Drag and drop is my favorite tool- and with all the different options, and online forms you can customize it to your hearts content!

I wish there were clearer tutorial, I love the tutorials they do have but they aren't always for the most up to date version. We should have to rely on individual users for tutorials, but the company itself.

This website is beautiful and helps anyone who wants a good website but doesn't have the time to put into it to get it done by themselves.

I dislike the functionality to editor creative Pages limited. For instance, it does not work the same as Microsoft Word. So copying and pasting or trying to format text can often be challenging

I wish there was a little more freedom to position items. From what I can tell, one can only snap text boxes and photos into predetermined slots.

Instead of creating newletters and requiring parents to contact me directly, they are able to access students' assignments and news updates 24/7

Interface doesn't look as professional as other platforms. Not a lot of options when it comes to geometric aesthetics of the webpage.

Creating my own website

Weebly offered a plethora of options for designing custom websites. I really like the build features of the interface and the template options. The website offered a variety of features, all of which integrated well into the interface. The design of the templates are streamlined and intuitive for users. The drag and drop feature was particularly useful for building webpages.

I don't have any major complaints about the website, but sometimes it would be difficult to size background pictures for the website. They would become blurry or blown up relatively frequently and would require quite a bit of tweaking. I would have liked an increased number of options for text color and fonts.

Weebly provided an opportunity to design a website for our lab at no cost. It has been easy to maintain and track site statistics over time. It has provided more visibility for the lab to outside institutions, which we have been able to track using the site statistics.
