It can get very expensive if you need multiple people on a professional plan, however, they have added some new features recently that cut down on the overall cost.

Scheduling, task management, and project management. I can easily create a task for myself or others within the organization for different projects in seconds.

I love the versatility of the product and the fact that it is simple to use despite the depth of its features, and that it can be used across so many platforms (Web browser, PC app, Outlook add-in, and iPhone and iPad apps, all of which I use, to name a few). What really makes the product indispensable to me is the Outlook add-in and the ease of converting e-mails into tasks seamlessly, though I also rely heavily on the iPhone/iPad apps.

Occasionally, but not often, the Outlook add-in inexplicitly freezes or has a component that is not operating properly. However, rebooting Outlook (and therefore the add-in) generally resolves the issue. The other platforms, which I rely on less, do not seem to have this issue.

Once again, ease of use and cross-platform compatibility, as well as its reasonable price.

I love how easy it is to create tasks on the fly from my phone and the short cuts on assigning due dates, adding to particular projects, adding comments, etc.

I wish it was easier to search for old tasks or upcoming tasks, I also wish the integration with Siri was easier to master. I would also like more guidance on how to use the labels and filters option.

Tracking professional development tasks like keeping on top of networking tasks, listening to podcasts, reading professional development books, various things that I identify as being of value to me or my business, but don't have the time to do them in that moment.

One of the best parts of Todoist, is that it conforms to how YOU want to use it. If you you are a follower of the Getting Things Done (GTD) methodology, then this will work perfectly for you. If you have your own way of organizing your tasks, then you can make Todoist work that way too! It's extremely flexible and easy to understand. Plus, because it uses natural language it's as as easy as typing (or dictating), "File Quarter 3 report tomorrow" to set up a reminder. Being able to organize things into projects, sub-projects, tasks, and sub-tasks is easy and gives you as much (or as little) detail as you need to be successful in getting things done.

I hate to say it, because I know it sounds like a cop out...but I have really nothing bad to say about Todoist. I've been using it for over 4 years now and it is a vast improvement over nearly everything else I've tried. Plus, the price is fair when compared to something like Omnifocus...which is expensive and Apple only.

Staying on top of multiple projects and tasks is hard or an individual. Leading a team and managing every function only compounds the challenge. Using Todoist is a simple and elegant solution to watch over your team, assign tasks and follow-up.

Todoist is very feature rich and allows you to set up your work flow however you want. You have access to tags, priorities, different lists, due dates, assigned tasks, and more! You can create any number of subtasks as well.

Hard to do everything. If you like things like asana, this does not allow a view like that. Technically using projects, you can create something similar. But I feel I get more features for a better price here, than trello or other competitors.

I need a braindump, but one I can easily hide or postpone tasks. So I can create a list and only view it once a month, that helps me to keep only the actual important tasks on my list. Plus I never forget anything with their easy to use reminders and calendar sync.

Todoist manages to stand out from the sea of task management tools by quite simply, being the most well rounded and powerful solution of them all. Where others might have an easier and more minimalist UI, they sacrifice power. Or where others may have more features, they often ship with a clunky hard to use UI. Todoist meanwhile sacrifices nothing. And as a cherry on the top, it also has incredible amounts of extensions and integrations with other online services making it integrate into your workflow near seamlessly.

Todoist's biggest limitations at the moment are how limited it's free tier is compared to its competitors, as well as the lack of any kind of kanban board stand in. This is being worked on as the upcoming Todoist Foundations major update, but this would not really solve the free tier pricing model.

Todoist made the often overwhelming task of keeping track of all my pending tasks and responsibilities during the day a breeze. And it's natural processing language recognition engine makes creating detailed, classified tasks a breeze compared to it's competitors.

Todoist is SUCH a user-friendly platform. I love the ability to sort tasks into folders, and I'm smitten with how well the AI is able to pick up on dates/times for deadlines as I'm writing out each task. I also am a huge fan of how reasonable the pricing is for a year of premium. Why WOULDN'T you use Todoist?

There's no good way to "reset" the karma feature. It's cool that they're trying to gamify the process of getting stuff done, but sometimes when I stop using the platform for a while and come back, I want the option to reset my progress.

I'm definitely one of those people who will forget about a task if I don't immediately write it down, and ToDoist is helping me make sure nothing falls through the cracks!

1. Having the ability to organize projects in multiple levels is super useful 2. Natural language is so amazing .. I can't remember a time when I used my mouth in this tool. You can write whatever you want and todoist will translate that into relevant date and time 3. Project colors is something important for me to distinguish projects / areas 4. You can write your tasks using the markdown as well 5. Labels are one of the most important corner stones of any task management system and Todoist done this beautifully 6. Filters are one of the best features in Todoist 7. Today and Next 7 Days view are so important in my day flow 8. Integration between Google Calendar and Todoist in 2 way sync is WOW 9. Recurring tasks are so important in my flow it gives me the power of not forgetting something which needs to be done periodically. Amazing feature. 10. Postponing a task specially if it was recurring is amazing and smart. 11. Easy to add labels / projects on the go if they don't exist in first place

1. Reminders are so annoying 2. Location Reminders are not working! I don't know why 3. Actually price is a bit high because the trial/free plan will not give you a lot you will have to pay eventually

1. I am not on top of my day 2. I organized my life in terms of areas and now I rarely forget something 3. Having integration between my todoist and my calendar gave me a high level picture of my week/day in one place.
