Ekskluzywne oszczędności na Todoist przez Findstack Promocje
easy to use UI: this makes it easy to navigate through the app nimbly
Very basic: complex task managements are not included
Collaboration with researchers in the same field; setting up meeting details and agendas
Integration with other platforms and ease of use so that the tool is a support product and not the end all for usage
Inability in with Windows 10 app to do storyboards
Organizing my day to day life and ensuring that my work life has space as well as my home life. This is especially important during Covid work at home times. How to ensure to stay organized and not feel overwhelmed.
It is an all-in-one app. You can do a bunch of things with it.
It’s design could be a little more better. For me it is too simle, too minimalistic.
I use it to manage my daily life tasks and my job tasks as well. I often collaborate with my coworkers as well.
I like how easy and fast it to write your task and adding reminders so that you won't forget them. I also like the fact that it shows your tasks for the next 7 days, it is very useful to check at the beginning of every week to prioritize your tasks.
When you check a to-do, it vanishes. I'd prefer it if it was crossed over but still visible.
I have many small tasks, so sometimes things can slip through my mind. Todoist helps to avoid that.
I really like the ability to create subprojects
Projects don't show up on your home page, and as that's primarily what I use it for, that's a little frustrating. Just extra buttons that need to be pushed.
Coordinating team member efforts and knowing what each other are doing has been the biggest benefit.
Todoist is a super simple, yet full featured to do list manager. You can manage to do lists in a way that works for you while keeping a traditional to do list structure, it's easy to learn and free of distractions. It's natural language processing is second to none. Also, the free version has a lot of the main features.
The style seems a little outdated at this point, a refresh is needed.
Todoist allows me to keep track of one off tasks, recurring tasks and lists without worrying about losing them.
I like that I can type out when I need to finish a task and for which project and Todoist automatically adds those filters to my task.
I don’t like how limited the free version is. Some of the features like commenting and adding flags seems are nice, but not nice enough for a subscription.
Keeping track of multiple project lists all at once.
The ease of use and intuitiveness of the application and the good integration of machine learning.
The lock of certain features which are free in other similar products behind a paywall.
The need to use different organizational tools to keep everything in track.
Todoist is easy to adapt, helps me remember tasks and organize my work. I have tried many programs but this has stuck with me and I have stayed with it.
Very little to not like. Integrates easily with other tools that I use.
Keeping on top of my work, work load, and efficiency.
Way more than a to do list app. There are almost too many features for daily use, but if you have a ton to track this will help you keep everything straight. The natural language scheduling is terrific too. You just write: "Finish task tomorrow" or "every thursday" and the app knows what you mean. Makes adding items very easy.
The app and website do not get along. I've had problems even logging in to both.
Todoist allows you to quickly add tasks and keep everything in order.
Really like the straightforward cross-platform integrations, notably browser extensions.
Gamification of to-do item completion (e.g. 'Karma') doesn't really work - not particularly motivating.
I use Todoist as a straight-forward, simple to use & access, scratch list of life & work tasks.
It can be used individually, or forming small teams with common interests. Todoist has a simple way to efficiently manage tasks and notify them in a timely manner. One feature that I like very much is the intelligent date entry and prioritization of tasks. To finish I must note that it is available in various platforms such as Chrome, Safari and Firefox, in addition to most mobile devices.
I do not regularly see updates that seem to me to be very important, especially in the functionality of the application, I point out Wadytructively that this can be moving away users, it is clear that in the digital field the changes are aggressive and Wadytant and this can mean that if a application does not go at this rate can be displaced.
There is a lot of work that I have because I take care of all the sections of the school in the afternoon shift and according to the degree the planning is different, I am also receiving Wadytant training, that is why I have to organize and manage my day to day and the best What I have and what has worked for me is todoist.
I like how easy it can be to add a task or a project folder. I also enjoy how the application sends you emails when you have upcoming deadlines.
I dislike the visual appeal to the app. I wish the folders showed up as boxes or something more visually appealing.
I use Todoist to keep track of my client projects. I work at an agency and work with several different clients and Todoist helps me stay organized and on-top of deadlines for each project with each client.
It does not try to do too much but does the core things really well
there are a few features that are not intuitively designed. For example, when I pull an item to the left, I expect to be able to delete or mark as complete this way, since this is a common iOS mechanism. Instead, you have to click on the item to bring up the menu.
Keeping track of my to-do list across all platforms and also making lists
I like that I can prioritize my tasks, organize them into folders, and select multiple at a time for updating due dates and such. I have used the program for a couple years and it really helps me organize myself, both professionally and personally.
Lately the program has become very buggy. Recent updates have caused things like tasks disappearing after I add them (sometimes returning at a different time), priorities/due dates sometimes disappearing, and the add task field being displayed in the wrong part of the page and not functioning. Additionally, it freezes fairly often on me and I have to exit and reopen.
I have a lot of tasks that I need to keep track of and prioritize. This helps me to not forget about things. It's more useful than adding calendar reminders since these reminders don't go away after a period of time.
I like that it is simple enough in its set-up and use, making it very user friendly to even the most novice users.
i wish the user interface was more interactive and customizable. i feel that the basic configurations do meet the minimum requirements but would be nice to have a more visually appealing interface.
It helps me stay on top of my list of tasks for the day, week, or quarter. It also helps me manage my project group better as I am able to classify/categorize, share, edit the statuses with my team.
Ease of use. It's user friendly and quick to pick up and go.
Not as many features as I would typically like to see.
Day to day tasks
Todoist offers clients the best organization ever!
I dislike the fact that the app was confusing at first
I am able to be more organized
Ability to organize tasks into categories.
Ability for there to be subtasks within a task.
I work for a nonprofit and use this for collaboration
Todoist is one of my most favorite task management tools. It helps me to organize and prioritize my tasks so I always know exactly what comes next.
Too much accountability when sharing with the team. The entire collaborative sharing is too detailed and provides too much information to the management.
Task management, an overview of daily and weekly accomplishments, delegating tasks
