I can organize post ideas by pillars, weeks, or any method my client prefers. It's easy to collaborate and share a workspace for multiple users.

The only downside is that I can't link it to social media sites to post directly from the app.

Trello solves having to email back and forth about social media content ideas. This save me and my client a lot of time!

Premium membership is a bit pricy but given the features wont complain.

The Best thing here is I can showcase and add my meeting-related tasks on boards so that team can view them. It is a perfect tool for collaborating with teammates on tasks to manage. I can create a to-do list for a specific job that is visible to all members. This has solved the chance of sharing details individually to everyone. Hence, it is a time saver.

There is nothing specific except its UI. For new users, It might not be obvious for you.

Trello is somewhat similar to sticky notes app where we can point to remember for later purposes, but this is quite interactive. Here, I can add meeting agendas and points to discuss, and also we use them to thank my teammates by adding a quote or appreciation post.

No learning required even by new users. It's a no bs tool which works amazing on computers as a web app and also on phone

Not to dislike, but I know trello has limitations when it comes to using it for complex project management, let's say when I require it for dependent tasks mapping or GANTT etc.

I absolutely love trello, it is so easy to use and implement in your day to day operations. I personally use it to manage clients, vision board and content. I really can't imagine my life without it.

To be honest there are no real downsides of trello. The UI is great and it has exactly what I need. It isn't complicated like clickup and I recommend it.

It is allowing me to have a clear view on what I need to do. It helps me with projects that I am currently working on which is a big plus side.

But, I do find some parts of Trello a little hard. It can be hard to find past or archived tasks again. This limit can be a problem when you want to take out or go back to one certain card or board, in particular if you compare it with something like Jira that gives more detailed tracking.

Besides the functionality, I really like the pricing/plans that are available in Trello. Even in the standard version, you receive unlimited storage, which is very useful for my use case (agile development). Trello is easy to use and set up/implement as it comes as SaaS. You can also integrate it to other tools like Miro or Zapier

There is no real downsize in Trello. When the boards are filled with many individual cards, the search is sometimes a bit slow.

Agile project management in huge teams. Trello is really helpful for our development and we track/collaborate with the tools daily in our projects. What worked really well is the onboarding of additional team members. This saves a lot of time in onboarding. As Trello is a very wide spread tool, we mostly don´t need to spend more time on training.
