Każda karta zawiera wszystkie informacje potrzebne zespołom i cesjonariuszom do efektywnej realizacji projektów i zadań.

I love that I can use this tool for both managing where project items are at, and even project collecting emails from client in which I can apply a status to.
I wish there were more native integrations. Having to use Zapier for some things can get messy if you have a few things to connect.
Instant view on where items that I care about are at, regardless of the platforms I'm using. Being able to share with internal and external stakeholders with ease.
I've been using Trello for years and I've tried similar solutions for task management and collaboration. Trello is one of the best products I've used. It's packed with features and the automation capabilities just make everything super optimized.
There is very little to dislike about Trello. I'm using a power-up for bulk actions and I would really like that feature integrated directly into the application. I think that everyone would need it and it should be available through a power-up only.
Trello is helping me and my team to stay organized. I'm planning everything I do in Trello, take notes in the cards, schedule meetings, save important links, jot down information, and more...
I really like the provided templates and how they are organized into categories. So, if you are interested in building your board for business purposes, then all you have to do is to click on business and choose from the premade templates. I also like the collaboration feature that allows you to add members and manage their progress.
I don't like the app! I'd rather access it from the browser. For some reason, whenever I access Trello from the app it becomes a bit slow! Maybe it's my computer, but I'm more comfortable using it from a browser.
I used to use Trello when I assigned group projects to my students, so I could manage their progress and follow up with them. Also, I use it as my own follow-up board. I list my tasks and keep an eye on what I have finished or not. It keeps me motivated actually.
Clarity of actions needed and how user friendly it is
Some of the added apps - using it for recruitment projects means that being able to visually see the length of each project would be great (something that would turn the dates into a timeline and that you'd be able to see them across a full calendar, split by tags or members: i tried Planiway but it was super manual and not worth the time)
Allocation of resources across a remote team with several different priorities. Benefits are that Trello is accessible to every member of the team and keeps records on who does what to ensure accountability and ownership
This software helps me to organize my tasks daily. My tasks were getting all mixed up and this helped me with my productivity. It helps me to keep track of timelines and deadlines. I can also see what my teammates have accomplished instead of having to ask a question by email.
Sometimes it can get a bit hard to decipher if it gets too messy. I have experienced inaccuracies in the search features as well. There is a low storage limit as well.
I am able to delegate and observe all ongoing tasks and projects assigned to each team member. This helps when we have meetings I can glance and get all of my answers beforehand.
Trello is so easy to use, a great visual of your work, and so easy to move cards around and even share to other boards.
Limited picture graphic to match narrative that you type for your boards. Just easier to upload your own than using the ones in there.
We use Trello to help us manage projects, create project timelines, upload reference documents, and keep track of online resources. Once set up it feels like the most organized we have ever been.
It’s very organized and aesthetically pleasing. It's easy to come together as a group and get things done.
There’s nothing I dislike about trello. I’d refer it to anyone and everyone.
It’s great for group work or event planning! It has amazing task lists to make your group work easier and has increased productivity
I love that you can use this to organize yourself or your team. I have used it both ways. I like the card system so everything is organized and I can find the task I am looking for and complete it or assign it quickly.
You could end up down the rabbit hole making up assignments and not getting the work actually done. Keep it simple and tick one thing off at a time.
One of my favorite benefits of trello is that you can shift quickly. If the task needs to be reassigned it is very simple to move things around among team members.
Trello is one of my favorite project management tools. Trello has a variety of board systems that I can experiment with and customize to meet my specific needs. You can even have multiple boards working on different projects simultaneously, each with its own set of to-dos. I can see all of my team members' progress on the project and can collaborate in real-time, ensuring that each project receives the attention it requires. They also have a lot of pre-made boards and templates, which is great if you're starting. Managing cards, tracking them, and sharing them with my teammates is simple and effective. It appears simple on the surface, but it is adaptable to a wide range of requirements. The best thing is it integrates with the most popular services like google drive, slack, teams, and more which makes my workflow even faster. Designing a workflow that works for you or your team is simple. Simple to use and understand
Although Trello is an excellent project management tool, a few essential features have yet to be added or updated. Also, if there were a way to send direct text messages to team members, it would be a great way to do more effective communication without having to switch between platforms, and also, sharing large files isn't so good here. Maybe the premium version will work. Apart from that, Trello is doing fantastic in my daily work life.
Working alone or in groups, team project management has become more accessible. It allows me to organize all of my ideas and projects into different cards and boards, allowing me and my team to quickly identify which projects are in progress and which require more attention. Their live collaboration feature is also fantastic. There is also real-time project collaboration to support a new initiative, so my team members can see which boards require more attention. I can assign any board or project to anyone on my team, and they can begin working on it right away. Trello also supports cross-platform use, allowing me to use it on both my computer and my smartphone simultaneously. Trello saves me a lot of time while also assisting me in managing and organizing my disorganized project records.
Trello is very simple and easy to use, and includes some great features for task/project management. It is also completely free (with most features included), with optional upgrades for a few small extras/customisations.
Nothing to dislike really, Trello is a useful tool.
Managing projects and tasks.
Trello allows me to easily keep track of projects with colleagues and ensures I stay on task with time-sensitize projects for my customers. I love the collaborative functionality, makes working with colleagues a breeze!
Trello works perfectly for what I need. Have not encountered any issues so far.
Task management, project collaboration, daily to-do lists, customer onboarding organization, internal training feedback manager
The platform allows me to have an overview on my pipeline and customer service progress and keeps them organized so we neve forget what is the next step in the process.
I wish the price was lower. It seesm a little too much but indeed its a good platform and in the end yoi are more efficent, the team is, hence more sales and more engagement and happier clients.
Well, we use it to have a nice overview on sales and account management. Its a nice tool to use and makes the use of 100000 notes redundant. It indeed makes processes move faster.
Trello is a WYSIWYG tasking manager. I've not only used it for work projects, but also for my own projects at home like preparing to sell our house and move. You make columns, like "To-Do", "Doing", "Have a Problem," and "Done", then put in each task (including notes, priority labels, checklists, document attachments, who is part of this task, and as many notes as you want. Then you just drag and drop as you go along. It might not be as complicated as one would need for a formal Scrum with story points, but honestly I'm appreciative of that.
Honestly, I'm completely happy with it, and am hard pressed to make any suggestions to the authors on how to improve it.
Management of tasking for project completion, whether working on my own or with groups. I like this system so much more than the Confluence Suite that I use it almost exclusively. My company doesn't actually subscribe to it, so we use Trello on our own.
Trello users will have their board with ready-made templates that will allow them to see what tasks have been assigned and completed, ask questions, receive alerts and updates all in one location, and share it with colleagues. This strategy allows the user to rapidly and sort and filter ideas. Trello can improve any project by acclimating the team to a more systematic approach to project management, allowing them to carry out process planning activities as needed. One of my favorite aspects of Trello is that it lets me attach papers and photographs to my board, making it a robust database that allows me to keep track of all the information for the projects I'm working on in one location.
There's nothing undesirable, the templates available from Trello are attractive, give you positive energy to work, and it's easy to use, as everything is on the board, which keeps me Wadytantly on track with all tasks and notes accurately.
Trello helped establish project management rules for the team, as everyone was now Wadytantly viewing and updating tasks and activities on their boards, giving project management, stakeholders, and the entire team the ability to accurately track tasks and spot bugs on time, where everything is logged, and everyone is now They are aware of details and can schedule their tasks and solve problems in the right way.
I have been using Trello for work for over 8 years now and it is one of the best tools for marketing work out there. From simple tasks to large projects where you need to keep everyone in the loop, to meeting deadlines and reminding yourself what needs to be done, Trello will help you stay on top of your checklists and to-dos in a very user-friendly way.
You need to have Trello gold if you intend to put an image over 10MB inside a Trello card. But still, the free version is pretty useful if you're a small business on a budget.
Centralizing all tasks and projects under one tool.
I believe that the software Trello is a really flexible software. We can do pretty much everything on it and I've seen it used in multiple cenarios with multiple purpuoses.
Erasing cards has always been something that annoyed me. The fact that you have to archive it for then later to erase it causes me a little bit of discomfort, but nothing too bad
We built our company roadmap on trello. I've also used it to organize my to-do list and all the tasks I have to do for work. The flexibliy of the cards allows the multiuses of it.
How easy is it to manipulate all cards and boards?. Well, Trello does excellent work in that you can customize all cards and boards just by drag and drop. That's something that not everyone in the market can do.
Will be great if, at some point, we could have an option to view the history of the changes per card or per each of the Trello lists. That will help a lot in case we have to undo any change.
Communication time within our teams and the people in each department can work with other peers from anywhere. There are no limitations besides user access, but that's easy.
It's very versatile and straightforward to learn and use
The way to delete cards it's a bit complex, forcing me to archive cards before deleting it
I control the roadmap of my product
I like that we can manage all projects in our pipeline efficiently. It's easier than just keeping tabs in a traditional manner or paper, as we can see each time an update is made or activity happens on each card. The checklists on cards are extremely useful in our day-to-day operations.
I don't think there's a single thing I don't like about Trello. I truly am obsessed with this tool. I do wish some of the premium features were on the free part but nonetheless, the product reigns superior to others that I've tried even on the free platform.
Prior to using Trello, we had issues with workflows. When we had acquisitons or dispositions for our communities we weren't able to manage workflow efficiently and kept forgetting steps but now that we're using Trello, we don't miss a beat!
Better way to organise work management and team work tracker.
Nothing everything good. I happy with this product
