Die Konfiguration könnte etwas strukturierter und übersichtlicher gestaltet werden. Was mir definitiv fehlt sind klare "Tutorials" oder "Anleitungen" mit denen man auch als Leihe das Tool einrichten und nutzen kann.
Wir können unsere Kundenanfragen direkt besprechen und eventuelle Unklarheiten aus dem Weg räumen. Wir produzieren individuelle Artikel auf Kundenwunsch. Dabei ist dieses Tool sehr hilfreich
Very good the option of proactive chat, the design is very clean and minimalist without so much distractor, the client finds easy solution with a robust chat, I like it.
The tab option when you have multiple chats is very small, gives the feeling that you can close the conversation by mistake.
We increased the conversion in the days that we have used it, we are thinking of making a premium purchase.

Userlike is very easy to use. I was confused between using many other and userlike. But userlike is the one i choose as it fulfilled all my requirements including unlimited chat history, integration with the CRM. Chat agents feel more comfortable with it. You can go for it.
Nothing as such, but they should bring the Android and IOS app APK for the mobile app integration. Also their chat box is little bulky - too big and it take almost 20% of user screen specially if the website is not the full width website.

Wir wollen beim direkten Kaufimpuls dem Kunden eine schnelle, barrierefreie Kontaktmöglichkeit für letzte Fragen geben. Noch können wir nicht beurteilen, ob das tatsächlich funktioniert. Ähnlich sieht es bei bestehenden Kunden aus, die noch technische Fragen haben.

Some french translation are bads but as I could change that it's okay :) The pop-up is too big, I hope I can change that.

J'ai besoin de capter l'utilisateur se baladant sur le site et d’interagir avec lui. Il y a aussi la possibilité d'enclencher automatiquement des messages selon le comportement de l'utilisateur qui est une fonction très intéressante.

Einfache Struktur und Handhabung. Das Design ist sehr schön und Minimalistisch. Es ist Intuitiv und leicht verständlich. Der Support reagiert schnell und kompetent. Es ist einfach viele Anfragen die vorher per Telefon stattgefunden haben, auf eine anderen Chanel umzuleiten und den internen Aufwand zur Kundenbetreuung stark zu minimieren.
Eigentlich nichts wirklich. Das einzige was mich gestört hat, dass auf der Seite mit Whatsapp und Facebook Messenger Support geworben wird, dieses aber nur in der Beta für High-End Kunden zur verfügung steht. Finde ich sehr schade

The push notification system Userlike has implemented seems to work great for us. We are so busy, it really helps to get desktop notifications for every chat.
I dislike how the chatroom pops up automatically. There may be a way to fix this, but I have not looked into it yet.
