Another colleague and I explored nearly a dozen different options to find the right management tool for our company. Some were harder to set up than others. Some had more powerful automation tools than others. Some had deeper tools than others. Wrike was super easy to set up and is super powerful! Wrike was definitely at the top of the list at the end of our exploration.

I don't love the automation in Wrike. It is very limited. Wrike gets around this limitation because they already have built-in tools for nearly every function I would like to be automated. The only other complaint is it is more expensive that some other choices.

Wrike is helping our company to improve our efficiency and organize our processes. It has unified our company and increased performance.

Time tracking, reports, recurring tasks and automation

Not being able to sort custom fields other than alphabetically or numerically.

Wrike is a very logically organized, easy to use project software. I love how tasks can be assigned to individuals and we can quickly see an overview of the total project status.

One opportunity for improvement may be with the formatting of email attachments in Wrike. we often forward emails but they are not represented clearly at a glance without clicking through.

Wrike solves the problem of complicated projects with many different collaborators.

wrike is better, much more friendly on a visual level, which allows you to get used to and understand the application without the need for so many tutorials

notifications are a bit slow and sometimes it doesn't notify subtasks when an event occurs

quick notifications make our workflow between 2 companies or more much faster

I really appreciate Wrike's ability to connect teammates in this remote working environment / new normal since the global pandemic.

There are not many features that I dislike in Wrike. I appreciate the company's Wadyistent updates on the integrated technologies.

One problem that Wrike helps my office with is not being in person and having those moments to easily follow up on tasks. Wrike is the perfect solution.

The ability to track status, time to completion and adjust timelines as needed for multiple projects acrross multiple partners.

Its not as easy to change tasks or projects when we have to add or remove people

I like that you can customize the system to be what you need it to be.

Customizing does take a lot of time to get right!

It's providing a centralized source of truth for everyone in the company and providing everyone the ability to be accountable for all of their work.

Wrike is like a dynamic and comprehensive to-do list, and it's really up to the user how granular you want to get -- add milestone dates, assignees, and every tiny little step it takes to get to the finish line!

I wish there were more automation capabilities... or maybe there are, and I just haven't unlocked it yet
