ZipRecruiter is most helpful in finding the right and most qualified candidates for the job orders we have open and actively searching to fill. ZipRecruiter does a great job sending our jobs to the most desired candidates. It reaches the right people.

Other than a few glitches over the years (and nothing severe enough to reach out to customer service), I don't have much to dislike or wish to see improvements.

I think Ziprecruiter is a great resource and tool for seeking a job that matches the criteria you set! I love that you can filter out specifics and the website is well organized and makes it easy to find what you're looking for.

There are so many jobs listed, and sometimes it is hard to narrow it down based on criteria that you've chosen. But, other than that, I think it is a wonderful resource!

Ziprecruiter is filtering out the jobs that best match my resume and profile and tailors it to what I am looking for, which is beyond helpful! I so appreciate this service!

The AI technology used for this application is excellent. My AI recruiter is always emailing me about new jobs. So with my new job search it makes the transition much easier.

Some of the jobs that come my way are not exactly my area of expertise. I'm looking to transition into cybersecurity but some of the jobs offered are for an accountant. Another example, would be a stock analyst. Not what I'm looking for.

I'm not a small business owner, so I would not know, but in the area of job hunting and good categories for jobs, Ziprecruiter is excellent.

I like that they send me different job notifications every day forget paying jobs.

The professional ease of searching for openings as well as finding exceptional applicants. It is a quality search engine that I trust. I've used competitors but found their quality to be lacking in the candidates or the job postings.

The least helpful thing would not be Zip Recruiter per se, but rather some of the employer's follow-up to their postings. I'd like to see more status communication.

ZipRecruiter has helped me to hire some quality talent for seasonal turned permanent employee candidates. The candidates are more productive, punctual and are a great fit.

Menus are tight, coding isn't bogged down with bugs, and you can tell it's been optimized and probably heavily beta tested. Navigate through the menus to see for yourself. Respond to a email from ZipR, the whole process from searching to a quick apply is a click, click and done..(as long as your information is stored)... I started my career in the DOS era, OS2, etc. So I appreciate its coding, and I am not a friend or relative of its creators. I am a regular ZipRecruiter member.

Nothing falls into a dislike area. The employer descriptions are very detailed, especially if it's a large company. Knowing if they hired applicants for other positions might be helpful.

Just providing a detailed selection of possible employers. A significant benefit is one click apply feature. The submitted application logs are also helpful. They help to finetune my progression strategy with new employment opportunities.
