What I love the most about this software is its online service. If you have any questions, you can ask them anytime. The key is to have a real person connect and solve the problems in a timely manner. At the beginning, I didn't know how to operate and often asked their customer service personnel. Even if there were small questions, they would reply. At the same time, they also used ZOHO meetings and screen sharing to quickly solve problems, zoho campaigns is a great software.
Overall, I am quite satisfied. If I am not satisfied, it would be great if the price could be more discounted.
Zoho Campaigns has solved the issue of my email notification schedule, and all emails are sent at once, without the need to be sent multiple times.
The feature set is good without being bloated. What really blew me away was their customer service, such great help!

Nice templates, easy interface, fast performance when sending campains
UI/UX is not as novice-friendly as it could be. Editing the templates isn't as smooth as some platforms, but it certainly meets the need.

I like that it is simple and love, love the fact that it reviews the campaign before sending to make sure all is correct on it, ie links, etc etc.

It's simple and easy to use. We set it up and had it tested and running in a very short time. The email communication is excellent. No sending or formatting issues. Really a simple, great product at a great price.
The email creation requires a lot of work and there are formatting and other issues that you have to double check and correct. You also have to redo the TXT email each time.

Due to the huge volume of data, sometimes the loading team would be slow and might disappoint you. They are strict about subscribers' data management and sometimes they validate the data before letting you send emails.
Zoho Campaigns let me manage my contacts, and segment them based on different characteristics like geography, demography, business size, revenue etc., and send a specific type of campaign to each segment based on their interests and helped me to achieve my marketing goals.
