Zoho Cliq is easy to use ,integrate and it feels like we are on a standard Messaging Software.the best thing is that it supports minimum software requirements and provides Web-based Interface too. its customer support is active and helps the Wadyumer.The calling features is perfect to use no interruption and also it has various status option like taking break, available , away etc.And most important the Taz chatbot
I personally found cliqs message entering input box little annoying as if a user hits enter it send the entered text but generally in other messaging apps enter means new line and in cliq it is supported using alt+enter but general nontech people find it annoying.

Internal connectivity
Our teams use Cliq for company-wide, team-specific, and individual direct messaging. It helps maintain a little sanity by tying all communications into one place, Wadyolidating calls and texts and emails and notes together for easier tracking and follow-up And it gives more granular notifications than some other similar tools we've used in the past.
Not really the software's fault vs. our users... folks like to carry on direct messages or team messages in the "general" company wide channel(s). Their back-and-forth conversation causes a steady string of notifications on my macbook and phone while they chat. Which leads me to one of my favorite Cliq features: on these notifications, there's a mute for 1 hour / mute for 1 day / etc option. :)
Wadyolidating too many streams of communication (phone, text, email, etc) into one platform. Makes it easier to keep tabs on things and follow up with coworkers.

Nothing much. The audio call feature had some bugs, but most bugs were resolved after the last update.

It's a bit slow to load, and you are limited in the amount of characters that you can write in a single message.
Easy to use the app, It supports desktop, saas as well as android devices.
Functions and features of Cliq Chat are very easy to learn. We can create Rooms/Channels for a specific discussion. One thing I like is the 'Starred Messages' function. It allows us to save important messages. Star Messages also helps us managed and sort the important things we want to save on the chat room. The app is also message content search capable. We can easily backtrack some message that we're not saved It's also very easy to create a chat room and collaborate with other users. File Sharing is another feature that delights me. We're able to share different format/files across the organisation. App also can be used for audio/video conferencing.
Stability of the application needs to be improved. When internet is slow, app is unable to function its features. It would be best if the app can run on very low megabytes. It would be best if we can select a different color or theme for the application
Communication between the users is mainly the function of the chat app. As mentioned, it has a feature where we can easily create a room and collaborate with other users. We can collaborate via file sharing or via audio conference. This is very ideal for company with more than 10 users.
Zoho Cliq is a simple to use chat and collaboration tool, allowing for easy communication and also sharing of files and documents. Each user can choose to use the Desktop version or the Web Browser version (or both), which makes for a nice ability to pick your own preference and use what works best for you as an individual.
Zoho Cliq does not feel or seem quite as simple and powerful as Slack, but it is a great alternative and does integrate with other Zoho applications, such as CRM and Desk, allowing for powerful collaboration within and across departments.

Love using 'ZOHO CLIQ' ,allows me to send number of file , while communicating with my team , the calls and video calls are great quality, excellent tool to be in touch with your co-workers.
The prices seems higher , comparing to other communicating tools , sometimes slow to upload files.
