I like that there is an ability to watch the recording of the webinar after it has been recorded.
I don't like the quality of the audio if someone might be using their mobile device. It seems that the best audio on these webinars will come only from a high quality microphone.
It's a great tool for training and education online.
Easy to use and extremely accessible to participants! We have primarily used this software for webinars in the past.
A little laggy or slow at times, but we weren’t sure if that was the software’s fault or if it requires a higher internet speed than the standard internet available in our area.
Joining training sessions around the continent, monitoring how many others are in a session (identifying who is there/who is not), raise hand option for asking questions is handy when participants mostly muted for a demonstraion.
This software is user friendly and is available on computers or mobile devices. It's especially convenient if you're on the go.

It can hold a large group making it easy to get everyone into the same Webinar.
GTW makes it very easy to invite and track attendees. It allows you to see who actually attended and how long they stayed for so that you can gauge the quality of your presentation. It also connects with Pardot making it easy to send invites and email follow ups.
It only records the webinar on who ever's computer presents even if you are under the same account. So if a coworker does a recording they have to send it to you. It is not visible under "my recordings"
It serves as a channel to present content to customers. It makes it very easy to hold virtual trainings without the stress of screen sharing.
GoToWebinar is so very easy to use - I can easily set up webinars - walks me through the entire process. Can record, can upload my email list, can switch between presenters.

We are able to promote specific destinations and cruise lines with GoToWebinar. The presenter is always in a different state and it works seamlessly! The questions module is very helpful so clients can ask questions without disrupting the speaker.

That pricing of the packages is not economical for our business. Plus they only allow 100 users to attend and I have way more than that.

GoToWebinar is very simple and easy to use system for setting up internal and global webinar. I really appreciate the reporting feature and its detail! I love the poll feature too.
I dislike that you can't store your brand template (logo, colours) on your profile, and simply use a "template" every time you're branding a new webinar. I do wish the poll feature had more than 5 options/answers to choose from.

I've used a lot of webinar platforms and GoToWebinar is competitive with the best. It's easy to use, looks professional, integrates with my Pardot, and has all the functionality I need. The support I've received has been awesome, too. We have a small webinar program, so the price was really competitive too for the amount we use the platform.
I wish I could customize the landing pages and automatic emails more to reflect my company's branding. I don't think the email confirmations and reminders are very attractive and they look different then the other emails I send via Pardot. I usually use WordPress landing page and embed my own reg form instead of using GoToWebinar's template. Hard to find a workaround for the emails though b/c each registration link is unique.
We do a lot of lead nurture and generation with our webinar program. Every webinar has had a larger turnout than the last so far. It's been a great tool for qualifying leads, gaining market insight via questions, polls, and surveys, and building up our brand's thought leadership --- all at a super reasonable expense which is one of the reasons we like them!
I like that it has an integration with Hubspot, and automatically creates the follow-up emails, it makes my life easier, and one less thing to worry about when creating a webinar.
It doesn't save the email format for every webinar, it would be a lot easier if our logo was saved into the email template and I didn't have to remember to change the email for each logo.
Outlets to generate leads, and get people interested in the topics we are talking about. There are a lot of people interested in learning about what we are doing, if we had the resources we would be hosting more webinars.

Web connection is not always possible. Once I downloaded it though there was no problem in connecting to webinars.
Research webinars are useful where one of us registers and the whole team can listen on discuss, ask questions , learn and take notes.

GoToWebinar is easy to set up and access from any computer.
I think some of the features could be more intuitive. It has a lot of cool capabilities, but sometimes you have to dig for them. I spend a lot of time training internal members of my team on how to use it.

GoToWebinar is by far the most seamless and intuitive learning interface available currently. We frequently use GTW for hosting and attending learning webinars for our company. It makes learning an across-location offering thereby maximizing scope for participation. The features of participation include an interactive chatbox, Q&A dialogue box, hand-raise options plus the regular presentation screen. Very useful!

The integration with hubspot saves me hours from creating Confirmation and a series of reminder emails. The workflows are simple to create using an marketing automation tool. the reporting aspect of the platform allows me to share the critical data from webinars!
It would be helpful for me to view how long a person viewed the webinar recording ex. first 5 mins or only viewed 20mins out of 60.

It's actually the only app I used for that purpose and it provided all required features
No issues at all. Always working properly without any lagging. One time there was some bug with connection from google calendar, but it was fixed.
When we need to meet with customers or partners in live and show them some of our features or discuss tasks or collaborations with business partners, we always use GoToWebinar for that, expecially when a lot of people should be added.
