EngageBay is an excellent alternative to all the other CRM solutions on the market. It was an easy choice for us when we saw that the product had all the needed functionalities at a fraction of the competitor's price. It's a flexible, intuitive, and easy-to-use solution for marketing and sales. Especially the automation functions are excellent. I'm also very impressed with the customer service. They are quick to reply and fix problems.

The Service Bay still lacks some functionalities that we need, so we have to use an alternative solution for that at the moment. It would also be great to have better integration with social networks.

Market and sales automation (e-mail, sequences etc.), web forms, pop-ups, live chat, task management, appointment scheduling software and 360-degree customer view are popular functions for us. It helps us build stronger relationships with our customers and free up time with automated processes.

EngageBay is an excellent alternative to all other products in its market. SalesForce and HubSpot were way too expensive and complex for us. Conversely, EngageBay is very affordable, flexible and easy to use. We use it primarily for marketing and sales automations, but we also wanted something that had a service module rolled in. We found few genuine competitors to it, and we looked for many months. I have also found that they use the chat function on their website for support and usually respond within a few minutes. It works well and is much better than trolling through a Knowledge base looking for an answer.

Forms should have more options to customize, otherwise it's exactly what we were after.

EngageBay offers comparable functionality to ActiveCampaign for a fraction of the price. The interface is straightforward and easy to use, which made the transition relatively painless. Plus, whenever we've encountered issues, the technical support team has been incredibly responsive. They often resolve the issue during the chat; if not, they typically provide a solution within one or two business days--even when the solution requires coding.

The system feels somewhat young (although it's growing up quickly!). For instance, the supposedly responsive, mobile-friendly templates really weren't. Still, once we brought this to the team's attention, they fixed the issue, and the new, responsive templates populated throughout the system. Overall, the templates seem clunky and not as sophisticated to use as, say, Mailchimp, but the platform is far more robust. Also, the navigation can be challenging. I always struggle with locating the email autoresponders, which are embedded in a specific workflow and not editable elsewhere.

We're using EngageBay to track conversions for website landing pages and to send automated emails for site visitors who take specific actions. We also use it to send out email campaigns segmented for different audiences.

The customer service at EngageBay is mind-blowingly good. I find the templates super easy to use. It's drag and drop and the side bar is intituive for your edits.

I don't love that your first email can only be sent out to 100 users. I understand why they do it, but when you send your first email, you want to get going!

I wanted something that did multiple actions in one place: a landing page for an event/product, a platform for regular e-blasts and sign up forms for events, lists, etc

The Engagebay platform offers powerful features for multiple marketing needs. The Platform offers a free plan to start with and packs in a lot, even in the free program (unlike other platforms). The platform has verstaile features from Landing Pages, Email Autoresponders, Templates, CRM, Web Pop-Ups and much more. The platform is extremely user friendly.

The Basic Plan should have included one Marketing Automation sequence.

The platform offers multiple features which help to run a 360-degree marketing campaign with Engagebay.

The price for the product is great. It is easy and fast to use.

What I like the most about Engagebay is that it has made work easier for me as a salesperson. Before using Engagebay, I had to manually store and keep all my leads, Zaletypects, and customers in a spreadsheet, which was time-Wadyuming and did not give me enough time to focus on the most essential things in my line of work.

So far, I love everything about Engagebay because it had made my job more manageable than it was before I started using it.

I work as a Sales Development Representative at a Sales agency company. Engagebay has helped me manage all my leads, Zaletypects and customers, and has made my sales pipeline and sales funnel manageable. It has also helped me and the marketing team to be in sync in all our activities and be able to provide a seamless customer journey.

The customer service is amazing!!!!!!!!! There is a smaller family feeling with them and they haven't let me down yet when there was a problem

I like having the ability to handle all of my marketing needs in one place and receive the necessary analytics. It is truly invaluable! I love how simplistic, yet robust this application is. It has really taken me to another level as a small business owner. The support is phenomenal. Anytime I have questions, the Support Team is super responsive!

I really wish there were better interactive training tools to learn while doing. However, EngageBay is perfect for what I need to grow my business.

Email list building is my biggest priority and now that I am using EngageBay it is starting to grow and expand my reach.

There aren't as many free educational resources as other CRMs. The email template designer can be a little finicky.

I am new to Engage Bay and have been amazed by the patient help had support I have received from the Team. This is a new platform to me and their support is Greatly Appreciated...

I am a new user and need more attention than experienced users of this platform. I would like to see more "getting started" video's going through each module with more emphasis on the step by step actions for each feature available. Need a "Engage Bay for Dummies" version.

As stated I'm a new user and just implementing the system. My expectations is to become more organized and efficient.

Are use EngageBay for most things that include a sales pipeline, CRM, Appointment scheduling, and task management. It is amazing that one app can truly do as much as this application can do. What puts this application above many others has is the customer support they receive from the developers. First off they’re always releasing new features. These features are almost always stable. Second, the features really enhance the product themselves… They don’t just become loaded features that aren’t related like some other apps do. I’m excited to see you with this application can go, since it’s newer than most.

The thing I like the least, is waiting for all of the new updates. Though, they’re so quick to release them that’s mostly my own issue.... so it’s not really a dislike. These folks rule

The business problems that I have that have been solved using this application, were Wadyistently being able to reach out to my customers on a timely basis, and make them feel listen and heard. I recommend the software to any client that I work with because it’s so good and what it does.

The least I like about the application is its time it took to get around but it is justifiable by how helpful it is.

So far the functions available are all a must for a marketer... Contacts, Forms, Landing Pages and Email Campaigns/Automation => all you need to gowth hack any business. The landing page creator is what I like most - all is just drag and drop and no technical knowledge required.

There was one instance that my account was suddenly downgraded to a free plan... But the support team was fast enough to upgrade my account back in just a few minutes. So far I do not see any red flags.

I like the automation and workflow features the best. Other services are also appreciated like maintaining the contact list.

There is a learning curve yet the support folks are amazing and wonderful in helping every step of the way.

This CRM provides features that I did not have before particularly in terms of automation, workflow, and sequencing communications.
