Każda karta zawiera wszystkie informacje potrzebne zespołom i cesjonariuszom do efektywnej realizacji projektów i zadań.

Monitoring the team's progress is a nice feature and it is an excellent application with proper functionality to attach files, assign tasks, monitor the team, mark the due dates,s, etc on various dashboard functionality.
Drag/move functionality is not appropriate as sometimes the card gets shifted from one side to another when the user tries to shift the screen , moreover rest all functionalities are good
It is helping me and my team to manage our projects, assign tasks to juniors and create a list of tasks with due dates, and add things in the description while attaching files. Moreover, the emails sent by it for everything is also a good functionality
- User-friendly interface. - Mobile-Friendly. Extremely easy to access any time. - Integrations. I can't imagine life without integrating it with our app and Qualified.io. - The 'Dashboard' feature.
- The latest update made opening cards from the notifications much slower. - Shortcuts cause me to accidentally create cards with the content from my clipboard.
With Trello, we create a card for each task and track its progress, including who is working on or has completed it, and the time taken. The integrations available on Trello make it effortless to identify and rectify errors.
Trello was very user-friendly and easy to use. You could tag people as needed and move the cards to fit specific categories in the project timeline. Love that you can add checklists and set dates.
The mobile app is clunky at times and can be hard to distinguish when working on the go. If you have notifications set, they can get overwhelming coming to multiple devices and if you're a part of multiple boards.
Trello helped our team create project timelines and track where things were. We actually used this in addition to our CRM to help streamline the advertising sales process our team was leading.
It is possible to immediately assign tasks to colleagues in tasks
All tasks are duplicated to e-mail. Sometimes when you click past the task, it closes
Organizational problems, I see the stages of implementation and the time spent on it
Trello allows us to have a very easy, fast and practical visibility of multiple forms and tasks.
Few tools can be used for free it's a bad thing.
The possibility of having visibility of the work as a whole and the practicality of being able to share the same board with more people.
Our remote team uses Trello to keep track of our current tasks, pass on tasks to the next team member, and stay organized from client-to-client. The user interface is colorful without being distracting or overwhelming. The free version provides all of the features we need after trying to implement other organization software programs.
We're content with the free version of Trello, but I imagine if our team were to grow, we would bump up against limitations that would warrant Wadyidering paying for the software.
Trello allows me to individualize tasks and deadlines in a way that makes sense and allows my brain to focus elsewhere. Attempting to retain these deadlines in my head would surely allow for tasks to fall through the cracks, and this would certainly be a disservice to our team and clients. We utilize multiple boards with different permissions to ensure whoever needs to be in the know is in the know.
Even when Trello is free, it offers a lot of features that you can find in other expensive tools. We use it in the company for several projects that don't require visibility for the regulators (from organizing the next company event to buy groceries, hire catering, reserve a date for the reunion) to the onboarding of new hires.
I find hard to find something that I don't like about it, I wish that Trello was available 20 years ago, it would had made my life so much easier to track project with remote teams.
Organize events that don't require visibility from the regulatory agencies that monitor the company. Mainly onboarding, process improvements, and organizing events like SAFe PI planning events.
Trello is an incredibly easy and straightforward tool for project management. I like the ease with which i was able to start using it - without a need for tutorials and trainings. As I learned more of the features and wanted to understand the capacity, then i was able to add training modules, and I'm still learning more each day!
We are a small team (10 people) so trello works great for us. I do think that if our team was to grow, there would be some challenges with organization and task assignments
We are using trello with a development team for website improvement. The boards keep our tasks prioritized and are easily moved from one task to the next, or need to be reviewed, or approved. it's a time saver - using email (for example) would take forever, and tasks would get lost in the shuffle
Trello is the best web- based, kanban style, list making application. It is very easy to handle and best for approaching future needs. Trello makes it easy to get the work done.
Trello is not designed for everyone. It always has a limited views and integration limitations. Also it is not fully featured PM Tool as well as not the best Agile tool.
Trello cards enhance work organization and ensure that every single part of the task can be managed, tracked and shared with teammates. And also users can open cards to uncover an ecosystem of information such as dates and attached docs.
Trello has allowed me to automate workflows that previously were very labor intensive. The board I have created has meant less missed due dates, and much easier scheduling between multiple parties. A very visual dashboard is easy to identify tasks. I absolutely love how seamlessly it integrates with Microsoft Teams, making it powerful to share across my team. I also find the automation very powerful. I have been able to create rules that ensure tasks move from one stage to the next very easily.
The only thing I have seen so far is that I wish there were more levels of permissions for users. I would like to be able to give some users only view access, but not access to change titles, change data, or even delete cards. This is not possible.
Trello how allowed me to automate workflow, scheduling and moving tasks while being able to share the dashboard with my team. It has really moved us to more efficiency in managing our processes.
Trello is a great organizational tool. You manage to have control of all demands and many possibilities to organize priorities.
The free version offers few possibilities. There are a few frames that end up limiting the use of the tool. Otherwise, I have nothing to complain about.
All processes involve organization and ease of communication with other employees or customers.
Simpleness in the creation of tasks and organization.
Could be able to attach heavier photos and would be neat if I could watch videos.
It helps me organize my to-do list and keeps me on track of what needs to be done.
There are already built-in templates that you can use which you can easily use. You can create a knowledge base for your team and collaborate when needed. Easy tracking of tasks across all team members and reminding them when the deadline is due
It would be best to have a good reporting and visuals within the tool so that we can present it for Project Management of certain priority tasks
Easy tracking and completion of the task. Creating a repository or knowledge base for the team
Trello has been a crucial tool in managing our different projects within different departments. It is easily customizable to fit various needs according to specific projects.Trello integrates well with most products especially with slack. I like the reminder feature where we are able to specify due dates for each card I add on my list.
Trello storage capacity is less where sometimes we delete some projects in order to add others.
Trello has been great when it comes to team collaboration within different departments. It is easy to deploy. Cennik has been fair with very great customer support team. Trello aslo intergates well with slack and it aslo easily customizable.
What I like best about Trello is its ability to keep me on top of my to-do list. With Trello, I never forget what I need to do, as I can easily create cards for each task and move them across boards as I work on them. The platform's flexibility allows me to organize my tasks by priority, ensuring that I tackle the most critical tasks first. Moreover, Trello's collaboration features make it easy to work with my team members. With the ability to assign tasks to specific team members, I can delegate tasks effectively and ensure that everyone is on the same page. Additionally, the platform's commenting feature allows me to communicate with my team members directly on each card, eliminating the need for lengthy email threads. Lastly, Trello's user-friendly interface and mobile app make it easy for me to access my boards and cards from anywhere, at any time. Overall, Trello has been a game-changer for me, allowing me to stay organized, prioritize tasks effectively, and collaborate efficiently with my team.
To be honest, there is nothing that I dislike about Trello at the moment. The platform meets all my organizational and collaboration needs, and I haven't encountered any issues that would detract from my experience. Trello's user-friendly interface, flexibility, and collaboration features have helped me streamline my workflow and improve team productivity.
One of the primary problems that Trello is solving is the organization of tasks and workflows. With Trello, I can easily create cards for each task, add deadlines, and assign them to specific team members. This feature has allowed me to keep track of all my tasks and ensure that nothing falls through the cracks. Another problem that Trello is solving is communication. With Trello, I can easily communicate with my team members, provide feedback on their work, and ask for updates. This has helped us to stay organized, efficient, and productive, even when working remotely.
Trello helps me stay organized. I can keep track of all my projects, including where they are in our timeline/process! It is very convenient!
I cant think of a single thing I don't like about Trello!
Trello helps me keep track of all my projects so I don't miss a deadline! I'm able to see where a project is in development and prioritize accordingly.
Adoro o trello por ter como organizar o meu dia a dia
Acho que poderia melhorar no campo de data de entrega. Poderia ter uma data para cada comentário, por exemplo.
Ajuda a cobrar retornos do nosso cliente.
I love the automation! It's so easy to set up and forget about.
The inability to integrate with outlook without having to create rules or forward emails.
I was having a hard time keeping track of all projects. Now I'm able to track what projects I have upcoming and also have a way of logging backlog projects.
While I love being able to use the Kanban methodology natively, Trello's main strength is its power and flexibility, combined with its simplicity of use and user experience focus. I've been using it for several years and have seen attributes incorporated without negatively impacting the user experience in the slightest.
Honestly, everything that I don't like (or rather, would like to have) with Trello is resolved in the premium version, so I couldn't say there are any negative aspects.
Trello helps me manage both work and personal projects. The ability to create boards, cards, and automations according to my specific needs and preferences is incredible. Moreover, the seamless teamwork experience in Trello makes it an indispensable tool for project management.
Trello is a tool that I like to use because it allows me to easily manage the work on the projects I manage. It allows for easy teamwork on a project and its pricing structure is very flexible compared to other tools. It also offers the ability to sort charts alphabetically and to create different types of charts for different aspects of life, so it is perfectly compatible for personal or professional use. - It also offers the ability to add members to their project and task cards to keep everyone accountable and always know who is doing what.
What I don't like about Trello is that I wish some of the paid extensions were available in its free version. It's a bit of a miss with these limitations. But I can understand that it's not critical. You are already well served with what is available in the free version.
Trello helps me to dispense with the physical board and to keep in one place the whole life of the projects I am working on or have worked on. I can go back to the project data at any time and find myself without the risk of losing any data. And it is so easy to use that I am very comfortable managing most of my projects on this tool.
